摘要： Disclosed is a method for supporting the selection of a component or chemical substance for countermeasure in compliance with a restriction or the like to limit a content rate or content amount of a chemical substance of a product coming in or going out from each enterprise. The method accepts the products to inspect a situation in compliance with the restriction and an evaluation subject restriction that are inputted by a user; acquires a threshold value of the chemical substance content rate for every subject substance under the restriction, composing components of the subject product, weight and a category of the components, and chemical substance content rates of the components; extracts components with no information on the chemical substance content rates out of the components; searches similar components with the same categories as those of the extracted components; acquires chemical substance content rates of the similar components; allocates statistic values, such as the maximum value or average value of the chemical substance content rates of the similar components to chemical substance content rates of the extracted components; calculates a chemical substance content rate of the product from the information on the composing components of the product, the weight of the components and the chemical substance content rates of the components or similar components; compares the chemical substance content rate of the extracted product with the threshold value; categorizes the chemical substances into the one that exceeds the threshold value and the other that does not exceed the threshold value as a comparison result; stores the categorized data at the memory device; and displays the comparison result on a display device.

摘要： In the case of providing a new information apparatus purchased for the replacement of or for the use in addition to a currently used information apparatus, the present invention enables a user to use the new information apparatus immediately after the delivery by providing the user with the new information apparatus in such a state that the setups and/or data of the currently used information apparatus are stored therein. The new information apparatus is delivered in the aforementioned state by: receiving from the user an order of a service for transferring setups, data and the like at the same time with receiving an order of the new information apparatus; transmitting from the user to an administrative information apparatus the setups, data and the like to be transferred by using a setups/data transfer-dedicated tool; and transmitting and setting up the contents transmitted to the administrative information apparatus to the new information apparatus to be produced according to the user's order. Thus, the user can operate the new information apparatus in the same environment as that of the currently used information apparatus when the user obtains the new information apparatus.

The system has a functional configuration, in which constituents contained in a target component and a content of each of the constituents are calculated referring to a constituent information table based on identification information of the target component. Conformity of the constituent to environmental regulations is evaluated based on the content. A component similar to the target component is extracted referring to an environmental qualification information table to calculate constituents contained in the similar component and a content of each of the constituents; and credibility of evaluation of the conformity to environmental regulations is evaluated based on a difference between the content of the constituent in the target component and the content of the constituent in the similar component.

The present invention finally calculates the ratio of the expense necessary for the measures and the summed value, and displays the ratio.
