    Abstract: Disclosed are various approaches for workflow service email integration. In some examples, a request is transmitted to a workflow service. The request includes workflow content associated with an email message being composed. A workflow micro application associated with the workflow content is received form the workflow service. The workflow micro application is generated using network service data retrieved from a network service. The workflow micro application includes: an information component that renders the network service data for display within the email message. The workflow micro application also includes an evaluation component that evaluates a management status of a client device.

    Abstract: Examples described herein can identify items from third-party or backend services, obtain relevant information for those items, and automatically populate hyperlinks relevant to those items in a draft email. A regular expressions search can be executed on the text of a draft email. When a match is found, the email client can request, from a server, an object associated with the matching expression. The server can obtain the object, using one or more connectors that provide access to a backend system, and provide it to the email client. The email client can extract a URL from the object and enter the URL into a links table stored on the user device. The email client can pull the URL from the links table and use it to automatically generate a hyperlink of the regular expression within the body of the draft email.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to peer-to-peer (P2P) secure mode authentication. A secondary client device can request access to an enterprise resource. The secondary client device can establish a P2P communication channel with a primary client device during a P2P secure mode. The secondary client device can determine a proximity of the computing device to the client device and generate proximity data based at least in part on the proximity of the computing device to the client device. The secondary client device can receive an authorization to access the enterprise resource based at least in part on the proximity data and access the enterprise resource by loading the enterprise resource within a sandboxed environment.

    Abstract: Disclosed are various approaches for validating a relevance or an accuracy associated with an item being attached to a message or inserted inline with the text of the message or other type of document. An addition of the item (e.g., attachment, hyperlink, embedded image, etc.) to the message being generated by a sender can be detected. Message keywords associated with the message content and item keywords associated with the item content can be identified following an analysis of the message content and item content. The message keywords and item keywords can be compared to determine a likelihood of a mismatch between the item and the message. Upon determining a potential mismatch and prior to the message being sent to a recipient, a notification identifying the likelihood of the mismatch is presented to the sender.

    Abstract: Systems and methods are described for increasing web browser security on a user device managed by a device management system. In an example, the user device can use an unmanaged web browser to access secure enterprise content using a browser extension provided by the enterprise. When a user attempts to access secure content from an unmanaged browser, the device management system can communicate with the extension and a management application on the user device to authenticate the user and verify that the user device complies with certain policies. In one example, the device management system can include an extension recommendation engine that analyzes user browsing data and recommends browser extensions for the user. Based on policies, the device management system can recommend the extension to the user or force installation of the extension on the user device.
