    Abstract: A computer-implemented method for exposing a software component through a predetermined protocol is disclosed. The method may include receiving a software component including at least one of a configuration, an operation, a trigger, and a parameter, and receiving a metamodel describes the configuration, the operation, the trigger, and the parameter. The method may also include generating a microservice and an API specification entirely based on the metamodel without additional coding. The computer-implemented method may further include deploying the microservice such that the microservice accepts incoming requests described by the API specification, and receiving a formatted response from the deployed microservice. The method may also include receiving a new configuration of the software component created on the deployed microservice.

The workflow tool is executed by one or more processors to generate a single configuration file for the application, the single configuration file comprising, using a common command-line interface (CLI) language: a build configuration defining a build tool used for building the application; a deploy configuration defining a cloud computing platform to which the application will be deployed; and a release configuration defining logic for releasing the application to one or more users of the cloud computing platform. The workflow tool further includes a release uniform resource locator (URL) generated by the first processor, the release URL providing access, by the cloud computing platform to the one or more users, to the application upon the releasing.

    Abstract: An example computing platform is configured to (a) cause a client device associated with a user to display an interface for deploying a new data science model, where the interface presents the user with a list of deployment templates, and where each of the deployment templates includes data specifying (i) a respective executable model package and (ii) a respective set of execution instructions for the respective executable model package, (b) receive, from the client device, data indicating (i) a user selection of a given deployment template for use in deploying the new data science model and (ii) a given set of configuration parameters for use in deploying the new data science model, and (c) use the given executable model package, the given set of execution instructions, and the given set of configuration parameters to deploy the new data science model.

    Abstract: A greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions estimation system is designed to train and utilize an artificial intelligence (AI) model to estimate the GHG emissions associated with operating a software application that is deployed (or is intended to be deployed) within a virtualized environment. For example, a software developer may utilize the GHG emissions estimation system as part of a cost/benefit analysis of different software solutions at an early stage of application design and development. Since there may be a variety of possible infrastructural options for a given software application, the GHG emissions estimation system enables the developer to estimate the GHG emissions associated with each infrastructural option, which can be used when determining which solution should be developed and deployed.

    Abstract: Methods, system, and non-transitory processor-readable storage medium for efficient software configuration management system in a continuous deployment environment are provided herein. An example method includes receiving, by a continuous deployment module, instructions to deploy a microservice application. A configuration manager creates a dictionary comprising a plurality of configuration map objects. The continuous deployment module deploys the microservice application in the software configuration management system, where the microservice application mounts at least one configuration map object from the plurality of configuration map objects.
