Abstract:
A device may receive, from a base station, a wireless signal. The device may determine, based on the wireless signal, at least one of a signal quality value associated with the wireless signal or information indicative of a location of the base station relative to the device. The device may output a positioning notification, indicative of a manner in which the device is to be positioned, based on at least one of the signal quality value or the information indicative of the location of the base station.
Abstract:
A base station may allocate resources of an unlicensed radio frequency (RF) spectrum band among multiple operator networks, associated with different network operators, that use different licensed RF spectrum bands. The base station may receive downlink traffic destined for a user equipment. The base station may identify an operator network, of the multiple operator networks, associated with the user equipment. The base station may provide the downlink traffic to the user equipment using one or more unlicensed RF channels of the unlicensed RF spectrum band based on identifying the operator network and based on allocating the resources of the unlicensed RF spectrum band among the multiple operator networks.
Abstract:
A system may receive, from a base station, information indicating that a network congestion level associated with the base station satisfies a threshold, the network congestion level being a measurement of traffic associated with a network, and the network including the base station. The system may determine, based on the network congestion level satisfying the threshold, traffic flow information for a plurality of traffic flows associated with the base station. The system may identify a congestion-causing traffic flow, of the plurality of traffic flows, based on the traffic flow information. The system may provide information identifying the congestion-causing traffic flow.
