Abstract: This invention relates to a rotor (1) with semi-embedded magnets for an axial flux motor or generator, comprising a body (2) in the form of a disc with two circular faces, the disc having an inner and an outer periphery which delimit a recess for a rotating shaft (7), at least two permanent magnets (2a) being applied against at least one of the two circular faces of the body (2) being held on said face by holding means (3a, 5, 5a, 6, 6a), with a gap between the at least two magnets (2a). The holding means (3, 3a, 5, 5a, 6, 6a) are in the form of at least one lateral, axial holding means (3, 3a) housed in the gap comprising at least one tenon (3a) locally covering at least one of the two magnets (2a) or an axial holding means (5a, 6a) forming a ring.

Abstract: This invention relates to a stator for an axial flux electromagnetic machine, with the stator forming a ring (1) having two substantially circular faces (1a, 1b) connected by a thickness comprising windings (3) regularly distributed in the ring (1). Each winding (3) is carried by a unit portion (4) having a core (5) around which the winding (3) is wound. Abstract: A magnet structure comprising a plurality of individual magnets in the form of an elongate block (4) having a length (4a) extending beyond the thickness of the magnet structure. The elongate block (4) is cylindrical or polyhedral in shape with at least one flat longitudinal face (4b) orientated towards a working surface of the magnet structure, the elongate block (4) having a line of magnetisation extending along its length.
