Abstract: The invention relates to a rotor (1) of an electromagnetic motor or generator having a body comprising an inner hub (2) which is concentric to a central axis (7) of rotation of the rotor (1), branches (3) extending radially with respect to the central axis (7) of rotation from the inner hub (2) towards a hoop (8) forming a circular outer periphery of the rotor (1), at least one magnet (10) being housed in each space delimited between two adjacent branches (3), each having a width which decreases with distance from the inner hub (2) and terminates by a tapered tip (3b) against the hoop (8). Each magnet is in the form of a magnet structure (10) consisting of a plurality of individual magnets (4) which are secured together by a fiber-reinforced insulating material, each individual magnet (4) being elongated in shape by extending in the axial direction of the rotor (1).

Abstract: A motor or electromagnetic generator with a rotor (3) and at least one stator (1, 2), the rotor (3) having permanent magnets (12) rotating around a median shaft and the stator (1, 2) having windings (5). The rotor (3) comprises magnet structures forming magnet poles composed of a plurality of unit magnets (15), covering discs (17) being axially arranged on each of two opposite axial faces of the rotor (3), the covering discs (17) being made of a composite material, the covering discs (17) and the magnet structures (12) being coated in an outer coating layer of composite material defining the outer contour of said at least one rotor (3). The stator (1, 2) comprises concentric windings (5) comprising a series of blocks (4) with the windings (5) wound around each block (4), the blocks (4) being rigidly attached to each other.

Abstract: A rotor (1) of an axial-flux electromagnetic machine having a body comprising an internal hub (2) concentric to the axis of rotation (7). Branches (3) extend radially in relation to the axis of rotation (7) from the internal hub (2) toward a binding band (8) which forms an external circular rim of the rotor (1). In each space defined between two adjacent branches (3) there is a magnet structure (10) comprising a plurality of magnets (4). The body is constituted by a plurality of stacked layers of composite containing fibers bonded by a resin. The fibers of each layer are oriented in a different predetermined direction (F1, F2) for two adjacent and stacked layers. In addition, a covering skin is located on each of two opposite faces of the rotor body, made up of a plurality of stacked layers of composite containing fibers bonded by a resin.

Abstract: The invention relates to a stator of an electric motor stator equipped with coils (3, 3a, 3b) and comprising an oil cooling system for the coils. The coils (3, 3a, 3b) are arranged leaving a gap (15) between them and defining inside and outside circumferences. The system comprises oil inlet and outlet manifolds pierced by orifices to send or recover oil to or from the coils. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an axial gap motor excellent in heat-dissipation properties, and a stator core and a stator suitable for components of the motor. ;SOLUTION: The stator core 10 is provided with an annular yoke part 11, and a plurality of columnar teeth 12 protruding on one face of the yoke part 11. A stator is configured by arranging a coil C, with coils wound thereon, on the outer periphery of each tooth 12. A refrigerant groove 14 is provided on the protruding side face of each tooth 12 in the yoke part 11. The refrigerant grooves 14 increase contact areas between the core 10 and a refrigerant, thereby effectively cooling the core 10.
