    Abstract: A rotor (1) of an axial-flux electromagnetic machine having a body comprising an internal hub (2) concentric to the axis of rotation (7). Branches (3) extend radially in relation to the axis of rotation (7) from the internal hub (2) toward a binding band (8) which forms an external circular rim of the rotor (1). In each space defined between two adjacent branches (3) there is a magnet structure (10) comprising a plurality of magnets (4). The body is constituted by a plurality of stacked layers of composite containing fibers bonded by a resin. The fibers of each layer are oriented in a different predetermined direction (F1, F2) for two adjacent and stacked layers. In addition, a covering skin is located on each of two opposite faces of the rotor body, made up of a plurality of stacked layers of composite containing fibers bonded by a resin.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an axial gap motor excellent in heat-dissipation properties, and a stator core and a stator suitable for components of the motor. ;SOLUTION: The stator core 10 is provided with an annular yoke part 11, and a plurality of columnar teeth 12 protruding on one face of the yoke part 11. A stator is configured by arranging a coil C, with coils wound thereon, on the outer periphery of each tooth 12. A refrigerant groove 14 is provided on the protruding side face of each tooth 12 in the yoke part 11. The refrigerant grooves 14 increase contact areas between the core 10 and a refrigerant, thereby effectively cooling the core 10.     Abstract: A magnet structure comprising a plurality of individual magnets in the form of an elongate block (4) having a length (4a) extending beyond the thickness of the magnet structure. The elongate block (4) is cylindrical or polyhedral in shape with at least one flat longitudinal face (4b) orientated towards a working surface of the magnet structure, the elongate block (4) having a line of magnetisation extending along its length. The individual magnets (4) being positioned at a distance from each other in the magnet structure in order to be electrically isolated from each other, the length (4a) of each block (4) being greater than the diameter of the flat longitudinal face (4b) for a cylindrical block (4) or with a larger diagonal (4c) connecting two apexes of said longitudinal face (4b) for a block (4) in the form of a polyhedron.
