    Abstract: The invention discloses a GOA circuit for in-cell type touch display panel; during black screen, using a first global control signal to make a thirteenth N-type TFT conductive to raise a scan driving signal of each stage to high, using the first global control signal to make a twelfth N-type TFT conductive to pull down a voltage level of a second node, and pulling down a voltage level of a first node to avoid ineffective all-gate-on function; using a reset signal and a fourteenth N-type TFT to reset the second node to realize the normal output after awaking from black screen; during stop, setting a negative voltage as a pulse signal having same amplitude, phase and frequency as a touch signal, using a second global control signal to make the fifteenth N-type TFT conductive to output the negative voltage in pulse form to reduce cross-talk between the touch signal and a scan output end.

    Abstract: A demultiplexer gate driver circuit and a display panel are provided. The demultiplexer gate driver circuit aims at the problem that the output amplitude of the m sub-gate drive signals divided from the gate drive signal by the demultiplexer module is low, which results in a poorer All Gate On function, when the GOA circuit of the demultiplexer module is used to achieve the All Gate On function. The full-on control module is improved by connecting the full-on control module to the m sub-gate drive signals divided from the gate drive signal. The m sub-gate drive signals are directly controlled by the full-on control module to output the high potential at the same time, and there is only one threshold voltage consumption from the full-on control signal to the sub-gate drive signals. The effect of the All Gate On function is effectively improved.

    Abstract: The present invention teaches a Gate Driver on Array (GOA) circuit for a display panel. The GOA circuit includes a first dummy GOA unit and/or a second dummy GOA unit not connecting scan lines of the display panel's active area, and normal GOA units connecting scan lines of the active area. The normal GOA units are cascaded into a chain. The first dummy GOA unit is cascaded to a first normal GOA unit of the chain and/or the second dummy GOA unit is cascaded to a last normal GOA unit of the chain. A start signal of the display panel's vertical scanning as a cascaded signal is input into the first dummy GOA unit and/or the second dummy GOA unit. The GOA circuit excludes the line of afterimage from the active area, thereby allowing the fast black frame insertion after abnormal shutdown.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a GOA drive circuit and embedded type touch display panel. The GOA drive circuit comprises GOA units cascade coupled in multilevel, the nth level GOA unit comprises an output end pull down unit and an output control unit, both the output end pull down unit and the output control unit are employed to control a signal outputted by an output end of the nth level GOA unit, and one end of the output end pull down unit is coupled to a first end point, the first end point is loaded with a first signal, and one end of the output control unit is coupled to a nth clock signal, and as the embedded touch display panel enters signal interrupt and performs a touch scan, the output control unit is off to cut off an output path that the nth clock signal outputs to the output end.
