Abstract: Disclosed is a GOA circuit. By locating the thirteenth thin film transistor (T13) coupled with the tenth thin film transistor (T10) in series and controlled by the Mth clock signal (CK(M)) in the output module (400) of the nth stage GOA unit, as entering signal interrupt and performing touch scan, the output competition of the output ends (G(n)) can be prevented; by locating the twelfth thin film transistor (T12) controlled by the global control signal (Gas) in the output end pull-down module (600), and by setting the composite signal (CS) to be the pulse signal consistent with the touch scan signal as entering signal interrupt and performing touch scan, the twelfth thin film transistors (T12) of the GOA units of all stages can be activated, and the output ends of the GOA units of all stages outputs the composite signal (CS) consistent with the touch scan signal (TP).

Abstract: A liquid crystal display device and a gate driving circuit are disclosed. The gate driving circuit includes multiple-stage gate driving units and a control chip. Each stage gate driving unit includes a first pulling control unit, a first pulling unit, a second pulling control unit, a second pulling unit, a first reset unit, a second reset unit. The control chip is used for pulling a first clock signal and a first voltage reference signal to a first voltage level. Accordingly, the scanning lines driven by the gate driving circuit are all turned on in order to stably realize an All-Gate-On function.

Abstract: A GOA circuit includes GOA circuit units. The GOA circuit units at every two stages share a pull-down circuit. The pull-down circuit includes a first transistor, a second transistor and a third transistor. The present invention uses fewer transistors for the GOA circuit and lower the frequency of the first and second clock signals. The decrease in the frequency of the first and second clock signals helps a decrease in the frequency of charge and discharge to the parasitic capacitance and further a reduction in overall power consumption of the GOA circuit.

Abstract: The invention discloses a GOA circuit for in-cell type touch display panel; during black screen, using a first global control signal to make a thirteenth N-type TFT conductive to raise a scan driving signal of each stage to high, using the first global control signal to make a twelfth N-type TFT conductive to pull down a voltage level of a second node, and pulling down a voltage level of a first node to avoid ineffective all-gate-on function; using a reset signal and a fourteenth N-type TFT to reset the second node to realize the normal output after awaking from black screen; during stop, setting a negative voltage as a pulse signal having same amplitude, phase and frequency as a touch signal, using a second global control signal to make the fifteenth N-type TFT conductive to output the negative voltage in pulse form to reduce cross-talk between the touch signal and a scan output end.

Abstract: A demultiplexer gate driver circuit and a display panel are provided. The demultiplexer gate driver circuit aims at the problem that the output amplitude of the m sub-gate drive signals divided from the gate drive signal by the demultiplexer module is low, which results in a poorer All Gate On function, when the GOA circuit of the demultiplexer module is used to achieve the All Gate On function. The full-on control module is improved by connecting the full-on control module to the m sub-gate drive signals divided from the gate drive signal. The m sub-gate drive signals are directly controlled by the full-on control module to output the high potential at the same time, and there is only one threshold voltage consumption from the full-on control signal to the sub-gate drive signals. The effect of the All Gate On function is effectively improved.

Abstract: The present invention teaches a Gate Driver on Array (GOA) circuit for a display panel. The GOA circuit includes a first dummy GOA unit and/or a second dummy GOA unit not connecting scan lines of the display panel's active area, and normal GOA units connecting scan lines of the active area. The normal GOA units are cascaded into a chain. The first dummy GOA unit is cascaded to a first normal GOA unit of the chain and/or the second dummy GOA unit is cascaded to a last normal GOA unit of the chain. A start signal of the display panel's vertical scanning as a cascaded signal is input into the first dummy GOA unit and/or the second dummy GOA unit. The GOA circuit excludes the line of afterimage from the active area, thereby allowing the fast black frame insertion after abnormal shutdown.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a GOA circuit, a driving method thereof and a liquid crystal display device. The GOA circuit comprises a plurality of GOA units connected in cascade, wherein the N-stage GOA unit comprises a N-stage stage circuit, a N-stage Q point control circuit, a N-stage P point circuit, a N-stage output circuit and a switch circuit. The switch circuit is connected to the N-stage scan line for sending a turn-on signal to the N-stage scan line before the liquid crystal display device displays an image such that the thin-film transistor in the pixel connected to the N-stage scan line turns on. The disclosure may turn on the gate of each pixel when the display device is waken from the black screen to prevent the electricity leakage when the display device is wakened from the black screen, and may also increase the stability of the circuit.
