摘要： A combination exercise device includes a trampoline which has a peripheral frame and a resiliently mounted spring member secured to the frame with an upper surface upon which the user may jump. Feet are mounted to the frame for elevating the spring member. The exercise device also includes a step which has a horizontal rigid platform upon which the user may repeatedly step on and off in an aerobic exercise. The trampoline is selectively mounted with respect to the step so that the upper surface of the spring member of the trampoline is selectively disposed above the platform at a sufficient distance to permit the trampoline to be used while mounted over the spring member. In other stages of use the trampoline is removed from the step so that the step may be used in an exercise mode. Alternatively, the trampoline may be of a sufficiently small size that the step and trampoline could be permanently mounted together and both types of exercises could then be selectively performed.

摘要： A toy missile launching device includes a hollow barrel which simulates a bazooka. A water balloon is mounted in the barrel detachably connected to a trigger mechanism. An elastic band is secured to the water balloon and anchored to the front end of the barrel in a stretched condition when the water balloon is mounted to the trigger mechanism whereby actuation of the trigger mechanism permits detachment of the water balloon from the trigger mechanism under the contracting influence of the elastic band to launch the water balloon out of the barrel.

摘要： In accordance with this invention, a device is provided which is able to develop upper body strength, including doing exercising such as pull-ups, push-ups, tricep presses, tricep presses, dips, arm curls, flys, etc. Also with the device of the invention abdominal and leg muscles could be developed by such exercises as sit-ups, leg-lifts, leg extentions and back rests.The exercise device preferably comprises a horizontal bar adapted for being selectively gripped by the hands of a user or supporting the user's legs. A means is included for adjusting the length of the bar. At least two sets of vertical support structures support the bar at at least two based locations. Each of the vertical supports structures includes means for adjusting the length of its structure whereby the elevation of said bar may be varied in accordance with a particular exercise program.The device may be used for performing an exercise program by adjusting the horizontal bar to the desired length and adjusting the vertical support structures to the desired height. The horizontal bar is gripped by the user's hands. The user the moves his body towards the horizontal bar under the force from the user's and holds the body in place for a predetermined time. The body is then moved toward original position and the various steps are repeated until the exercise program is complete.A similar exercise program may be performed by using additional parts with the device such as elastic bands or a slant board.

摘要： A dispenser for a fluid substance, such as toothpaste, includes an elongated tube having an open top and an open bottom with a chamber therebetween for holding the substance. A bottom closure is mounted to the open bottom to close the open bottom. The bottom closure is longitudinally movable in a sealing manner in the open bottom to press against the substance and to move into the chamber as the substance is being dispensed. A flexible membrane sealing closes the open top of the tube. A nozzle extends through the membrane having a longitudinal passageway communicating with the chamber for dispensing the substance when the nozzle is moved to a dispensing orientation. The membrane is made of a stretchable resilient material so that the nozzle may be titled to the dispensing orientation and thereby stretch the membrane and force the membrane into the chamber to reduce the size of the chamber and cause a portion of the substance to flow through the nozzle.

摘要： A universally adaptable adjustable arm exercise device to supplement leg exercising includes a leg exercising unit having a foot contact surface. A pole is mounted adjacent each of two opposite sides of the foot contact surface. The mounting is accomplished by each pole being mounted to a mounting bracket secured to the leg exercise unit. A hinge pin extends from each bracket with a respective pole pivotally mounted to one of the hinge pins. An adjustable resistance device is provided on each of the hinge pins with a resistance setting member on each hinge pin for controlling the resistance force required for a user to pivot the poles back and forth and thereby provide an arm exercise simultaneously with the use of the leg exercise unit.
