    摘要: An artificial seed manufacturing apparatus in which enclosures can be inserted into capsules without fail, and the diameter of the capsule can automatically be controlled. This apparatus comprises: an enclosure supply mechanism with a container, a tip, and a driving source; a coating material delivery mechanism with a passage, a pressure plunger, a hollow nozzle plunger, and a stepping motor; and a control unit for controlling the enclosure supply mechanism and the coating material delivery mechanism, comprising: moving distance storing means for erasably storing setting data which are inputted through setting operation to designate moving distance of the pressure plunger; and stepping motor control means for supplying driving pulse, the stepping motor control means allowing the pressure plunger to reciprocate by the moving distance, to the stepping motor based on the data stored in the moving distance storing means.

The carrying device comprising a box-shaped trough, partitions disposed at the upstream portion of the trough for restriction of the height of the flowing of seed, partitions for dividing the flowing of seed into streams so many as the processing nozzles, and a vibrator disposed below the trough.

    摘要: For feeding seeds contained in a tank main body of a seeds feeding section to a gel coating section by means of suction tips arranged in a seeds transfer section in order to coat them with a gellant, a total of eight through bores are formed along the upper end of the peripheral wall of the tank main body at positions corresponding to the suction tip and arranged at regular intervals so that an annular adaptor having a through bore running through the center thereof is fitted into each of the through bores. The inner peripheral wall of the through bore has a large diameter section located on the outer peripheral side of the peripheral wall for receiving a suction tip and a small diameter section smaller than the large diameter section located on the inner peripheral side of the peripheral wall for allowing seeds to pass therethrough from the tank main body. In a seeds feeding tank of a gel coating apparatus for coating seeds with a gellant and hardening the gellant to produce gel-coated seeds, seeds to be processed can be surely and securely sucked and held by suction tips before they are moved to a downstream processing step of coating seeds with a gellant regardless of the amount of seeds remaining in the seed hopper containing them.

    摘要: A thermal type air flow meter, which detects a flow rate of air flowing in an air passage, includes a sensor portion having a heating element in an air passage, a temperature control unit. The temperature control unit includes a first arm serially connecting a first resistive element and a heater temperature detection resistor which detects a temperature of the heating element, a second arm serially connecting a second resistive element and an air temperature detection resistor which detects a temperature of air flowing in the air passage, and a voltage supply unit which supplies first and second voltages respectively to the first and second arms. The voltage supply unit includes a voltage adjusting portion which can adjust at least one of the first and second voltages such that the detection temperature difference between the heater temperature detection resistor and the air temperature detection resistor becomes constant.

    摘要: An airflow measuring device includes a sensing portion provided in a bypass passage, which perpendicularly deflects part of air from a main passage to therethrough bypass the part of air. The sensing portion includes a heating resistor energized and dissipate heat to airflow. The sensing portion is configured to measure airflow in the bypass passage based on the heat radiation. The sensing portion further includes a pair of support members erected in the bypass passage to support the heating resistor. The heating resistor of the sensing portion is inclined at a first inclination angle with respect to a direction, which is perpendicular to a flow direction of air in the bypass passage. The heating resistor is inclined toward downstream at an outer streamline of the airflow in the bypass passage.
