摘要: The present invention provides a vibration-actuated micro mirror device comprising a substrate having a swinging frame and a reflection mirror, and a vibration part having a first and a second vibration structures coupled to the substrate, wherein the first vibration structure is driven to generate a first complex wave formed by a first and a second wave signals while the second vibration structure is driven to generate a second complex wave formed by a third and a fourth wave signals, and the first and the third wave signals are formed with the same frequency and phase while the second and the fourth wave signals are formed with the same frequency but opposite phases. The first and the second complex waves actuate the substrate such that the swinging frame is rotated about a first axis while the reflection mirror is rotated about a second axis.

摘要: The present invention provides a liquid atomizer for atomizing liquid and applied in an atomizing device having an accommodating space and a through hole. The liquid atomizer includes a vibrating element having a first hole corresponding to the through hole; a spray plate having a plurality of spraying holes corresponding to the first hole and being connected with the vibrating element; and a structure element having a second hole corresponding to the plurality of spraying holes of the spray plate and being connected with the spray plate so that the spray plate is disposed between the vibrating element and the structure element. The vibrating element, the spray plate and the structure element are assembled in the accommodating space of the atomizing device. Liquids are atomized via the spraying holes of the spray plate.

摘要: A micro-droplet generator comprises a main body, having a chamber accommodating liquid to be sprayed and a lateral opening, a spraying plate, placed in the opening and having a plurality of spraying holes as well as an inner side, a vibrating element, glued on the spraying plate and driving vibrations thereof, and a projection, placed inside the chamber and having an outer side touch with the inner side of the spraying plate, wherein a narrow space is left between the inner side of the spraying plate and the outer side of the projection, which upon the vibrations of the spraying plate has a varying width, upon becoming wider sucking in liquid from the chamber, and upon becoming narrower pressing out liquid through the spraying holes.

摘要: The present invention provides a liquid atomizer for atomizing liquid and applied in an atomizing device having an accommodating space and a through hole. The liquid atomizer includes a vibrating element having a first hole corresponding to the through hole; a spray plate having a plurality of spraying holes corresponding to the first hole and being connected with the vibrating element; and a structure element having a second hole corresponding to the plurality of spraying holes of the spray plate and being connected with the spray plate so that the spray plate is disposed between the vibrating element and the structure element. 摘要: A spraying device comprises a spraying plate, having a plurality of tiny holes, a vibrating element, set on a periphery of the spraying plate, and driving a vibrating movement thereof, a wrapping layer, made of soft material and tightly surrounding the vibrating element, sealing the vibrating element from the liquid, and a fastening cap, allowing for quick mounting and dismounting of the spraying device; wherein the vibrating movement of the spraying plate causes liquid adjacent to a lower side of the spraying plate to be periodically compressed and thereby to be pressed through the holes of the spraying plate, and wherein the wrapping layer prevents external interference with the vibrating movement, at the same time minimizing transmission losses of vibrational energy, enhancing effectivity of spraying.

摘要: A two-dimensional scanning and reflecting device includes a vibration component and a scanning component. The vibration component has a free end. The scanning component includes a frame body, a mass block, and a mirror. The frame body is connected to the free end of the vibration component. A natural frequency of the mirror corresponds to a second frequency. The mass block is disposed on the frame body in an eccentric manner, and the mass block and the natural frequency of the mirror correspond to a first frequency. When the vibration component receives a multi-frequency signal having the first frequency and the second frequency, the mirror vibrates in an axial direction with the first frequency, and vibrates in another axial direction with the second frequency.
