摘要: A lidar system includes one or more light sources configured to generate a first beam of light and a second beam of light, a scanner configured to scan the first and second beams of light across a field of regard of the lidar system, and a receiver configured to detect the first beam of light and the second beam of light scattered by one or more remote targets. The scanner includes a rotatable polygon mirror that includes multiple reflective surfaces angularly offset from one another along a periphery of the polygon mirror, the reflective surfaces configured to reflect the first and second beams of light to produce a series of scan lines as the polygon mirror rotates. The scanner also includes a pivotable scan mirror configured to (i) reflect the first and second beams of light and (ii) pivot to distribute the scan lines across the field of regard.

摘要: A vein imaging device includes: first and second lasers, a scanner, photo detector, memory, and microprocessor. The first laser emits a beam of light at a first wavelength, and the second laser emits a beam of visible light. The scanner is configured to scan the light from the first and second lasers onto the target in a pattern. The photo detector receives the first wavelength of light after being reflected from the target as a contrasted light/dark image of underlying veins, based on differential amounts of absorption and reflection by blood in the veins and surrounding tissue, and outputs a signal representative of the image. The memory receives and stores a sequential plurality of the contrasted images, and the microprocessor uses the stored plurality of the contrasted images to produce an averaged image with greater resolution, which is projected by the second laser onto the target using visible light.

摘要: Disclosed are a metasurface-based structured light 3D imaging system and method, which use a metasurface-based control device to realize high-quality control of a laser beam, use a MEMS micromirror to scan and project the laser beam, and realize high-precision reconstruction of 3D information of the surface of an object together with related structured light design and demodulation methods. The invention realizes fine control of a structured light, improves the quality of a structured light field, reduces laser speckles and improves power, thus improving 3D imaging precision and robustness.

摘要: An imaging system can include a first and second camera configured to capture first and second sets of oblique images along first and second scan paths, respectively, on an object area. A drive is coupled to a scanning mirror structure, having at least one mirror surface, and configured to rotate the structure about a scan axis based on a scan angle. The first and second cameras each have an optical axis set at an oblique angle to the scan axis and include a respective lens to focus first and second imaging beams reflected from the mirror surface to an image sensor located in each of the cameras. The first and second imaging beams captured by their respective cameras can vary according to the scan angle. Each of the image sensors captures respective sets of oblique images by sampling the imaging beams at first and second values of the scan angle.

摘要: A micro-electromechanical system (MEMS) micro-mirror arrays with an aperiodic structure is described. This avoids the undesired noise of sidelobes generated by the gaps between rows of mirrors, where a periodic structure forms a diffraction pattern. A MEMS apparatus has a MEMS mirror array structure with a plurality of rows. The widths of the rows are sized to be different, so that the pattern of gaps between rows is aperiodic. This has the effect of spreading diffraction nodes beyond the 0 order, thus limiting the interference of diffracted nodes and improving the signal to noise ratio. In particular, the width of a mirror will vary in different rows, while all of the mirrors in a particular row will have the same width and same size.
