As the battery has lost electrical energy, the removal of the battery from the camera enables the coordinating system to restrict the manual setting of an exposure time within faster limits and to supply electrical power from the generator to at least that portion of the automatic exposure control circuit which contributes to manual exposure control during the second stroke of the shutter release button, provided that the necessary mechanical energy for driving the generator was created and stored on suitable means during the preceding cycle of film winding operation.

    摘要: A joining method providing improved joining accuracy for wheel and turbine shaft. A part of the inner peripheral wall of a fitting hole of a wheel is tapered inwardly from the opening of the fitting hole. At one end of the turbine shaft to be joined to the wheel, a tapered axial abutment portion is provided. In the turbine shaft, an axial abutment portion is provided in a part other than the portion to be fused by welding to suppress deformation at the time of fusion. The axial abutment portion is tapered, and the inner peripheral wall of the fitting hole is tapered, whereby the wheel and the turbine shaft are brought into close contact with each other while positioned coaxially. As such, close contact is effected in a stable manner in the axial abutment portion where tapered surfaces come into contact with each other.

    摘要: A lipolytic enzyme such as lipase is adsorbed on a porous anion-exchange resin carrier to obtain an immobilized enzyme without drying. The un-dried immobilized enzyme is contacted with a fat or oil for a time which may be about 2 hours to about 24 hours to stabilize the immobilized enzyme, and the immobilized enzyme is recovered from the fat or oil. The recovered immobilized enzyme is then used for esterifying or hydrolyzing a substrate. Water content of the un-dried immobilized enzyme may be 20% or more be weight such as 20-60%. Prior to immobilization, the resin carrier may be treated with a lypophylic aliphatic acid which preferably has 8 to 18 carbons.
