    摘要: Disclosed is a method for preparing a medium-long-chain triglyceride using a packed bed reactor, and belongs to the technical field of deep processing and modification of lipids. In the present invention, a medium-chain fatty acid triglyceride and a lipid as raw materials are subjected to a catalyzed transesterification using an immobilized enzyme having a 1,3 position-specificity being capable of catalyzing a transesterification reaction in the packed bed reactor to prepare a medium-long-chain triglyceride; the transesterification product is then subjected to an ethanol extraction to obtain a highly pure medium-long-chain triglyceride product; and the product remaining after the extraction useful as a raw material is backfilled into the reactor and continues to participate in the next batch of preparation of a medium-long-chain triglyceride.

    摘要: The invention relates to a process for separation of a processed vegetable fat (PVF), wherein said process comprises the steps of: in a distillation step (DIS), distilling the processed vegetable fat (PVF) into a distillate part (DPT) comprising stearic and oleic acid and/or esters thereof, and a distilled vegetable fat (DVF); in a first fractionation step (DFR), fractionating the distilled vegetable fat (DVF) into a first higher melting point fraction (FHF) being rich in tri-stearate triglycerides (StStSt, where St=stearic acid) and di-stearate diglycerides (StSt) and a first lower melting point fraction (FLF); and in a second fractionation step, fractionating the first lower melting point fraction (FLF) into a second higher melting point fraction (SHF) being rich in 1,3-distearyl-2-oleyl-triglycerides (StOSt, where O=oleic acid), and a second lower melting point fraction (SLF) being rich in 1-stearyl-2,3-dioleyl-triglycerides (StOO) and trioleate-triglycerides (OOO) in a solvent fractionation process (SFR). The invention furthermore relates to a vegetable fat product obtained from such process.

    摘要: Disclosed is a process for the preparation of an interfacial enzyme immobilized on an insoluble support, by providing a bi-phase system comprised of an aqueous buffer solution and at least one first organic solvent; mixing said interfacial enzyme with the bi-phase system provided; adding the support to the obtained mixture and mixing; and isolating from the mixture obtained in the last step the interfacial enzyme immobilized on said support. The produced enzyme is locked in its catalytically active confirmation, and thus exhibits improved activity and stability. Also disclosed are uses of the produced enzymes, particularly in the preparation of biodiesel.
