    摘要: An RC oscillation circuit and method capable of adjusting an oscillation frequency includes: an RC oscillator including a variable resistor and a variable capacitor, the RC oscillator generating an RC oscillating signal having a frequency determined by a resistance of the variable resistor and a capacitance of the variable capacitor; a counter counting a clock number of a reference oscillating signal corresponding to one period of the RC oscillating signal to generate a first count value, the reference oscillating signal having a preset frequency; and a frequency controller controlling a frequency of the RC oscillating signal by determining the resistance of the variable resistor and the capacitance of the variable capacitor such that a difference between the first count value and a preset second count value is smaller than a preset first critical value.

The low-power RF DC rectifier includes a rectification circuit with first and second to n-th rectification units sequentially rectifying an RF signal input through a first input terminal and a second input terminal. The first rectification unit is disposed between the first and second input terminals and a first output terminal of the first rectification unit. The second rectification unit is disposed between the first rectification unit and a second output terminal of the second rectification unit, is biased by the first rectification unit. The n-th rectification unit is disposed between an immediately previous rectification unit and a rectification output terminal of the rectification circuit, is biased by a rectified voltage output from an immediately preceding rectification unit, and outputs the rectified RF signal through the rectification output terminal.

The impedance matching apparatus includes: a multilayer printed circuit board; a signal line including a plurality of signal layers with the same pitch and formed by sequentially arranging the plurality of signal layers on the multilayer printed circuit board; and a ground plane including a plurality of ground layers, wherein the plurality of ground layers are arranged to get closer to a bottom surface of the multilayer printed circuit board from a region corresponding to one side of the signal line to a region corresponding to the other side of the signal line. The impedance matching apparatus can implement a line width without any problem of a process yield by determining specific impedance by a distance between the signal layer and the ground layer formed in corresponding positions, thereby improving the process yield.

    摘要: The present invention provides a digital amplitude modulator and polar transmitter using the same. The polar transmitter includes: a polar converter for converting an input signal into an amplitude information signal and a phase information signal, and outputting the converted amplitude and phase information signal; a sigma-delta modulator for receiving a fractional part of the amplitude information signal, and generating a correcting value for an integer part of the amplitude information signal; a phase-modulator for upward-modulating the phase information signal outputted from the polar converter, and outputting carrier waves including the upward-modulated phase information signal; and a digital power amplifier for generating an output signal whose amplitude corresponds to the integer part of the amplitude information signal which is subjected to correction by the correcting value, and outputting combining the output signal with an output value of the phase-modulator to output the combined signal.
