摘要: Provided is a hinge device for connecting one member and another member so that the hinge device allows opening and closing, including: a movable shaft; a first bracket non-rotatably fixed to the movable shaft and fixed to the one member; a second bracket rotatably and axially movably installed on the movable shaft and fixed to the other member; and a plate spring member formed in a curved configuration, having at a top of the curved configuration of the plate spring member a projection whose surface in contact with the second bracket is flat, and non-rotatably and axially movably installed on the movable shaft, in which the second bracket and the plate spring member are pressed against and held in contact with each other and make relative rotation.

摘要: A pedal parking brake device makes it possible to provide a brake retaining state at the maximum braking position. The pedal parking brake device performs a rotational locking of a brake pedal by a coil spring provided at a rotatably supporting position of the brake pedal and includes a supporting shaft fixedly provided at a base plate, a cylindrical core bar loosely and rotatably inserted into the supporting shaft, a brake pedal rotatably attached to a center of the supporting shaft, a brake plate in which a brake hole is provided, integrally formed with the core bar, and a release plate for the coil spring. An outer coil spring is outwardly inserted to the core bar and an inner coil spring is provided at the inner side of the core bar so that its outer diameter may be separately connected with the inner periphery of the core bar. An operation of the parking brake and brake locking are performed by continuously connecting both coil springs to the brake pedal.

摘要: A shaft-locking device which locks rotation of a movable shaft by a clamping force of a coil spring closely surrounding a fixed shaft and a movable shaft. Both sides of the coil spring are inserted surrounding the fixed shaft and a central portion of the coil spring surrounds the movable shaft. In case of rotation of the movable shaft on both sides, the locking torque is applied. Further, the closed state of the coil spring to the movable shaft is maintained uniformly without any relation to operation by separating the end portions of the coil spring at the movable shaft side of the coil spring from an outer circumference of the movable shaft so that a constant locking torque may be always obtained.

Said drum section has a lower peripheral wall that touches or approaches the outer wall part of said bottom wall and forms a self-supporting base by the inversion and folding back of said bottom wall.

摘要: A soundproofing plate includes a substrate wherein through holes are formed; and sound collecting parts, including through holes in the center, which approximately match the through holes of the substrate, the collecting parts having a shape wherein the diameter increases as the distance from the substrate increases. The sound collecting parts are disposed on both faces of the substrate. Alternatively, a soundproofing plate includes a substrate with a plurality of through holes; and attenuation elements. The attenuation elements include hollow shaft members; and sound collecting parts anchored on the end parts of the hollow shaft members. The sound collecting parts include through holes in the centers which approximately match hollow parts in the hollow shaft members; and have a shape wherein the diameter increases as the distance from the hollow shaft member increases. The hollow shaft members are disposed in the substrate to approximately match the substrate through holes.

摘要: A rotation-side member is held at a specified angle. Radial downsizing of the hinge device is possible due to its simple structure. Rotational operability is improved, and adjustment of torque is easy. This device comprises a friction-force generating mechanism 12 that has a shaft 13—which rotatably supports a rotation-side member 3 against a stationary-side member 2 in both the forward and reverse directions—and holds the angle of the rotated rotation-side member 3 by friction force, and a torsion bar 14 (1) that penetrates through the shaft 13 in the axial direction, (2) whose two ends are directly or indirectly fixed, respectively, to a stationary-side member 2 and a rotation-side member 3, and (3) that is twisted by rotation of the rotation-side member 3 in the forward or reverse direction, so as to store torque for energizing the rotation-side member 3 in the direction opposite to the rotation.

It is furnished with a rotating member (2) through which a shaft (1) passes in a condition of free rotation, and with elastic pressure members (3) and (4) through which the shaft (1) passes in a condition of bound rotation so as to keep the angle between the rotating member (2) and the shaft (1) at a desired degree by pressing against the rotating member (2).
