摘要: A reconfigurable integrated circuit device which converts an arbitrary calculation state dynamically, based on configuration data, includes a plurality of processor elements, each of which has an input terminal, an output terminal, a plurality of arithmetic units which are provided in parallel and each of which performs calculation processing in synchronous with a clock signal, and an intra-processor network which connects them in an arbitrary state; and an inter-processor network which connects between processor elements in an arbitrary state. Based on configuration data, the intra-processor network is reconfigurable to a desired connection state, and further, based on the configuration data, the inter-processor network is reconfigurable to a desired connection state.

摘要: A processing element includes a shift register including n stages of registers mutually connected in series. Data held among the n stages of registers is rotated in synchronization with a clock signal. A number-of-stages determining circuit determines the number of stages to be used among the n stages of registers. An output terminal of the register in the last stage connects to an input terminal of the register in the first stage.

摘要: In case a fault has occurred in a volume, it was so far difficult to correctly notify a fault by using a host computer which can access the volumes managed by a management computer that integrally manages a plurality of devices constituting a network. The management program of the invention is executed by the management computer connected to computers and to a plurality of storage devices for managing the volumes connected to the computers through a SAN (storage area network). The management program executes a procedure for receiving a notice of fault in the volume from the storage devices, a procedure for receiving volume access control information from a plurality of storage devices for specifying the computers that can access the volumes, and a procedure for notifying the fault in the volume to the computers that are permitted to access the volumes based on the volume access control information.

摘要: To provide a data transmission method and an apparatus thereof in a relay transmission type radio network capable of selecting an appropriate down-link relay route according to a location of a terminal station. A first relay node having received an up-link ACK packet transmitted by the terminal station transmits to an second relay node the up-link ACK packet including a source terminal station ID and a relay source node ID representing its own node ID. The second relay node having received the up-link ACK packet registers information on a pair of the source terminal station ID and the relay source node ID with a relay node list, and selects an appropriate route of a down-link packet addressed to the terminal station by using the information registered with the relay node list.

摘要: The invention provides a method of selecting a base station according to which optimal quality can be achieved in the communication between a mobile station and a communication destination by efficiently using resources of the entire wireless network, as well as a mobile station and a base station. The base station selection method selects one from a plurality of base stations connected to the relay server, for a connection with the mobile station. In the method, each base station retains abase station routing cost which is a cost for the path connecting the base station to the communication network. And the mobile station measures a toward-base station routing cost for the path between itself and each base station, calculates a total routing cost for each base station by adding the base station routing cost and the toward-base station routing cost, and selects a base station associated with a minimal total routing cost when establishing a relay connection with the communication network.
