摘要: A low-cost solid polymer electrolyte fuel cell unit including a metal separator is provided. The cell unit has a structure that may have high corrosion resistance and durability. The solid polymer electrolyte fuel cell unit includes a polymer electrolyte membrane, a pair of gas-diffusible electrodes fixed at opposing surfaces of the polymer electrolyte membrane, a pair of gas-diffusible porous conductive graphite collectors fixed in contact with the outer sides of the electrodes; a pair of aluminum separators for introducing a fuel gas and an oxygen-containing gas to the electrodes separately from one another, and porous conductive buffer layers provided between the separator and the graphite collector, and having flexibility and air permeability. The separator surfaces in contact with the buffer layers are each provided with a conductive coating having a thickness in the range from 0.01 μm to 20 μm.

摘要: An optical information recording and reproducing apparatus is provided for recording and/or reproducing information on an optical disc including a recording layer in which information can be recorded at recording positions each located at a different distance from a surface of the optical disc. The optical information recording and reproducing apparatus includes: a light source; and an objective lens which can converge the light flux from the light source onto one of the recording positions at a predetermined depth in the recording layer for recording information on the optical disc. When information to be recorded is recorded on one of the recording positions at a predetermined depth in the recording layer, the optical information recording and reproducing apparatus records information about the predetermined depth on one of the plurality of recording positions at the predetermined depth, with the information to be recorded.

摘要: A radio wave absorber unit includes two or more molded bodies in a pyramid or wedge shape whose radius at the tip end is from 0.5 mm to 7.5 mm and a base. A radius at the trough between adjacent molded bodies is 7.5 mm or less. A unit including molded bodies and the base is integrally formed from propylene-based conductive expanded beads. The bases of adjacent units are connected by fitting their recessed and raised portions to each other. The expanded bead size is in the range from 2 mm to 10 mm, and beads with two or more different bead diameters can be used. A hollow molded body can be formed by providing a hollow structure inside.

摘要: An apparatus for controlling a recording device includes a first input section for inputting image information items with respect to an object, and a second input section for inputting a change signal representing a change of the object. A first memory stores a plurality of the image information items inputted by the first input section, and a control section selects at least one of the image information items stored in the first memory and for controlling the recording device to record the at least one selected image information item on a recording sheet, responsive to the input of the change signal by the second input section.
