    摘要: A front-end image acquisition component acquires photographs and/or videos of the exterior of a vehicle traveling on a path between a first predefined location and a second predefined location. In one aspect, an image acquisition system comprises a first camera support structure, a second camera support structure, an image processor, and a memory. Cameras are affixed to each of the camera support structures for acquiring image data of a subject vehicle. Image data is controlled by the image processor and the memory. In another aspect, an image acquisition system comprises a first camera tower, a second camera tower, a camera boom. Cameras are affixed to each of the camera towers. In another aspect, a method of identifying features of the exterior of a vehicle includes acquiring a series of images from a front-end component, accessing previously acquired images and associated metadata stored in a database, executing machine learning algorithms using the previously acquired information to identify at least one exterior vehicle feature, and executing machine learning algorithms using the presently acquired series of images to identify at least one exterior feature of the vehicle.

    摘要: The present disclosure discloses methods and systems for automatically determining one or more optimal scan settings to manage an output size of a document submitted for scanning at a multi-function device. The method includes receiving the document for scanning from a user, wherein the document includes one or more pages having content. As scanning activity is progressed at the multi-function device, an output file size is displayed to the user via a user interface in real-time. Then, an input from the user is received on the displayed output file size. Based on the input from the user, one or more scan settings are determined to be applied on the already scanned pages and remaining pages of the document to be scanned, to manage the output size of an output scanned file to be generated. Thereafter, the determined one or more scan settings are applied such that the output size of the scanned file is in accordance with the requirement. Finally, the scanned file is output of the required size.

    摘要: A computerized system for preserving and managing an audit trail associated with printing of a sensitive document, the system including: a printing device disposed on a local area network; a network-connected appliance disposed on the local area network and communicatively coupled to the printing device, the network-connected appliance configured to receive a request from a client system for printing of the sensitive document, to log information related to the received printing request and to release the sensitive document to the printing device for printing; and a server disposed outside of the local area network and configured to receive from the network-connected appliance the logged information related to the printing request and to aggregate and store the logged information on a storage device for subsequent search and retrieval. The computerized system additionally implements the enforcement side of improper document handling and enables identifications of the user(s) who mishandled the specific document(s).
