摘要: An incandescent lamp has an envelope having a bulbous portion including a wall defining a space, a thin tube extending outwardly along a central axis of the bulbous portion so as to communicate with the space, and a sealed portion located on an opposite end of the bulbous portion from the thin tube. The wall has a slope inclined toward the thin tube. A filament is provided along the central axis of the bulbous portion. An optical interference layer is arranged on a surface of the wall for reflecting infrared rays toward the filament. A first lead wire has a first end portion fixed in the sealed portion of the envelope, a second end portion coupled to one end of the filament and an intermediate U-shaped portion inserted into the thin tube for regulating a position of the filament. A second lead wire has a first end portion fixed in the sealed portion of the envelope and a second end portion coupled to another end of the filament.

摘要: A lighting device may include a substrate attached to one edge side of a radiator and a cover may be attached to cover the substrate. Heat-radiating fins may be provided on the other edge side of the radiator and an air-cooling unit may be rotatably provided inside the heat-radiating fins, thereby enabling freely rotation. In one or more examples, a case storing a circuit part is attached to the other edge side of the radiator and a cap is provided to the case. By the air flow from the air-cooling unit, the heat-radiating fins are caused to be a part of the ventilation path to allow for ventilation of the inside of the radiator.

摘要: A tire pressure monitoring system having a monitoring unit that receives the output of a transmitted pressure sensor through a receiving antenna, and compares the output with a predetermined value to determine whether the tire pressure is proper, and informs a result of the determination to an operator by an indicator or alarm section connected to an onboard battery through an ignition switch. In the system, an operating switch is installed in a vehicle compartment to be operable by the operator for supplying the operating power to the indicator by connecting it to the battery, while bypassing the ignition switch. Alternatively, a portable terminal device to be carried by the operator is connected to the monitoring unit in such a manner that the monitoring unit transmits the result of the determination to the portable terminal device to inform the result of the determination to the operator by a second indicator provided at the portable terminal device. With this, the operator's work is facilitated when pumping up the tire with insufficient pressure.

摘要: A system for monitoring a tire pressure includes a sensor unit and a monitoring unit. The sensor unit is mounted on a tire of a vehicle to detect an air pressure in the tire. The monitoring unit is mounted on the vehicle to monitor a signal indicative of the air pressure detected by the sensor unit so as to watch a decrease in the air pressure. The sensor unit includes an accelerometer so as to detect an acceleration acting on the tire. And the monitoring unit classifies the tire as one of a rolling tire and a spare tire based on a signal indicative of the acceleration transmitted by the sensor unit.

摘要: A tire pressure monitoring system distinguishes a mounted tire from a non-mounted tire, and which automatically changes over IDs and tire-pressure thresholds without any exclusive apparatuses. A tire pressure monitoring unit stores an identification code of a tire pressure sensor unit and a tire-pressure set value as a pair. While a vehicle is traveling at a speed equal to or faster than a predetermined vehicle speed, if an identification code received within a predetermined time coincides with any one of identification codes of registered tires and the number of coinciding identification codes is equal to the number of tires, and, at least one of the coinciding identification codes is an identification code other than specified identification codes, the specified identification codes are replaced with those coinciding identification codes which are newly specified as respective identification codes of tire pressure sensor units mounted in tires mounted on the vehicle.

摘要: A tire pressure monitoring system for monitoring pressure of tires mounted on a vehicle by comparing a detected tire pressure, detected by a pressure sensor installed at each of the tires, with a predetermined value to determine whether the detected tire pressure is proper. The system includes a first temperature sensor that detects internal temperature of the tire, a second temperature sensor that detects ambient temperature at a place where the vehicle locates, and the predetermined value is corrected based on a difference between the detected tire internal temperature and ambient temperature, when the tire pressure is to be adjusted. With this, even if the tire pressure is adjusted when the tire internal temperature is higher than the ambient temperature, the tire pressure can be prevented from falling below the proper pressure when the internal temperature falls to the ambient temperature.
