    摘要: The present invention is directed to a cooling system (1) for electronic components (4). The cooling system (1) comprises means (7) for producing cyclic air pressure fluctuations, wherein the electronic components (4) are distanced from the pressure producing means (7). In the vicinity of the electronic components (4) are situated means (5), preferably restrictions like holes, which are affected by the cyclic air pressure fluctuations, and which produce cyclic air jets (6). The air jets (6) affect the surface of the electronic component (4), and since the air jets (6) originate directly in the vicinity of the electronic components (4), an efficient heat transfer is affected. Preferably, the pressure producing means (7) actuate a pressure Pc inside a chamber (2), and turbulent air jets (6) are produced through holes (5) of a substrate (3), onto which electronic components (4) are mounted.

    摘要: A device and method are provided for controlling the temperature, in particular for cooling, of an LED lamp or LED modules of an LED lamp, e.g., for curing a light-cured pipe. The device includes: a fluid supply line and multiple heat exchangers connected to the supply line; multiple LEDs coupled to each heat exchanger with respect to heat transfer; and a fluid return line. The fluid supply and return lines are connected to each other in a fluid-tight manner by various combinations of L-pieces and T-pieces in or at the ends of the fluid supply and the return lines, so that the fluid flows from the LEDs in a spatially separated way and the fluid supply and return lines have at least two parallel fluid connections to each other, the heat exchangers being arranged in the fluid connections or constituting the fluid connections.

    摘要: A light emitting diode (LED) system that includes a LED, a heat sink, a fan housing, a fan, and a cover is disclosed. The heat sink is typically coupled to the LED, and the fan housing is typically coupled to the heat sink opposite the LED. The fan housing is sized to fit within an electrical junction box and includes a fan housing aperture that extends through the fan housing. A cover may be coupled to the fan housing opposite the heat sink. The system may include at least one air intake opening and at least one air exhaust opening. When activated, the fan may external air into the fan housing through the air intake opening and direct the air toward the heat sink and ultimately through the air exhaust opening. In so doing, the temperature of the heat sink and the LED is reduced.
