    Abstract: Techniques are described to facilitate transmission by a communication device on multiple carriers. An example wireless communication method includes receiving, by a communication device, a first set of configurations for M active carriers or a second set of configurations for N bands, and an indication that identifies P carriers allowed for transmissions by the communication device, where each carrier from the M active carriers is located within one of the N bands, where the P carriers are from the M active carriers, where M and N are integers greater than 1, and where P is an integer greater than zero; and communicating, by the communication device, using one or more carriers from the P carriers.

    Abstract: A wireless communication method includes receiving, by a User Equipment, from a Base Station, two or more downlink control resources corresponding to a same Semi-Persistent Scheduling transmission for multicast servicers. The two or more downlink control resources include a first downlink control resource corresponding to a first downlink resource. The second downlink control resource corresponds to a second downlink resource. In response to receiving two or more downlink control resources, the wireless communication device determines at least one of a first sub-codebook or a second sub-codebook. This determination is based on at least one of first feedback information corresponding to the first downlink resource or the second feedback information corresponding to the second downlink resource.

    Abstract: Presented are systems and methods for resource allocation. A wireless communication device may receive information from a wireless communication node, the information comprising a location of a starting symbol (S) and a time domain duration (L) of a first transmission occasion for a set of one or more transmissions, a number of consecutive slots, and a number (N) of transmission occasions in a time slot, each transmission occasion defining a time window for one of the one or more transmissions. The wireless communication device may determine a location of a last transmission occasion of the set. The wireless communication device may perform the set of one or more transmissions across the number of consecutive time slots according to the information and the location of the last transmission occasion.
