    Abstract: A method of scheduling wireless communications may include assigning a first band of a wireless communications standard for wireless communications between a wireless communications supervisor of a wireless network and one or more wireless devices. The one or more wireless devices may include one or more hotspot devices. The method may also include assigning a second band of the wireless communications standard for wireless communications between the one or more hotspot devices and one or more slave wireless devices. The one or more hotspot devices may be configured to relay information between the one or more slave wireless devices and the wireless communications supervisor. The method may also include determining a power adjustment for communications by the one or more hotspot devices. The power adjustment may be determined based on a congestion of one or more channels within one or more of the first band and the second band.

    Abstract: A display control method executed by a processor included in a terminal device that includes a display and a camera disposed at a display surface side of the display, the display control method includes acquiring a first image taken by the camera, the first image including a second image of a face; calculating a proportion of a region of the second image to a region of the first image; determining whether the proportion is equal to or higher than a threshold; displaying the first image on the display when it is determined that the proportion is equal to or higher than the threshold; and restraining the first image from being displayed on the display when it is determined that the proportion is not equal to or higher than the threshold.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for cell handover and reconfiguration includes: performing cell measurement and reporting a result of measurement by UE according to a cell measurement request; detaching, when the UE receives a handover command transmitted by a macro eNB or a serving eNB of the UE, from the serving eNB by the UE and reserving an uplink time adjustment parameter NTA of the serving eNB by the UE; and performing cell handover and reconfiguration by the UE according to the handover command. With the method and apparatus of the embodiments, When the UE is still in a state of being connected to the serving eNB, the target eNB begins to detect its uplink signal to determine uplink time advance of the UE and the target eNB, and the UE replaces the source serving eNB with a new target eNB according to indication of other cells.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method and apparatus for transmitting a D2D discovery signal and a communication system. The method for transmitting includes: a UE selects a part of resources from a resource pool for transmitting a D2D discovery signal; the part of resources are selected in a manner of limiting number of times of transmission, or in a manner of limiting time interval, or in a manner of calculating a resource position; and transmits the D2D discovery signal by using the selected part of resources. With the embodiments of the present disclosure, malignant competitions may be avoided, resource utilization may be improved, and probabilities of undiscovery between UEs may be lowered; or detection may performed accurately, and complexity of a UE may be lowered.
