摘要: A method for determining flow rates and phase fractions within a throughbore is disclosed. The method includes providing a mixture of one or more fluids through a fluid flow path in a throughbore at a flow rate, reducing the flow rate, slidably moving a first and second sleeve along the throughbore to a first position of a plurality of positions, measuring a first and second differential pressure at the first position, calculating a first loss pressure ratio from the first and second differential pressure. The method further includes slidably moving the first sleeve and second sleeve to each of the others of the plurality of positions in succession after the first position, measuring a plurality of differential pressures and calculating a loss pressure ratio at each of the plurality of positions, and calculating a plurality of flow rates phase fractions of the fluids flowing through the fluid flow path.

摘要: Systems and methods for evaluating a drag reducing agent's performance in a mixture are described. The system includes a measuring instrument with an rheometer; and a sensor system positioned inside the measuring instrument including a body with an open end and an extended end, wherein the extended end is directly attached to the measuring instrument; a cover with an inner disc and an outer disc and attachable to the body, the inner disc sized to be received by the open end of the body; the body and the cover form a sealable chamber; and a rotating disc with a bar and a plate, the bar is attached to the measuring instrument and the plate is positioned inside the body and operable to measure drag reducing agent's performance of the mixture; and a data acquisition and processing system is in electronic communication with the measuring instrument, and the sensor system.

摘要: A method for an integrated process to streamline privileged access management (PAM) allows an integration of an existing PAM system with a self-service portal at the front, and an existing back-end workflow automation engine, is disclosed. In the method, a request for an elevation for an access to an application is received from a user via a self-service portal, and the request is reviewed by a PAM system administrator. Then, a process, which enables a policy of the application corresponding to a policy chosen by the user, is initiated when the PAM system administrator approves the request. Finally, a grant of the access to the application is notified to the user via the self-service portal.

摘要: A valve assembly that includes a first sensor, multiple sensors, and a system. The first sensor generates, when attached to a valve in a closed position and in a passing condition, first sensor feedback including vibration information. The multiple sensors generate second sensor feedback. The system includes one or more computers that receive the first sensor feedback and second sensor feedback and determine, as a function of the second sensor feedback, a temperature differential between an inlet of the valve and an outlet of the valve. The one or more computers compare the vibration information and temperature differential to at least one threshold, and determine that at least one of the vibration information or temperature differential satisfies the at least one threshold. The one or more computers provide, to a receiver, information including an indication of a passing condition of the valve.

摘要: Systems and methods for monitoring pressure in hydrocarbon wells for controlling operation of the hydrocarbon well are configured for operations comprising receiving pressure data for a well, the pressure data comprising values of a pressure in a well annulus over a period of time for a set of wells; identifying one or more anomalies in the pressure data by comparing the values of the pressure to threshold values, the anomalies in the pressure data representing an anomalous pressure condition for a well; determining, based on the one or more anomalies, a failure factor for one or more wells associated with the anomalies; and predicting, based on the failure factor, a cycle time of anomalies in the pressure conditions for the one or more wells.
