摘要： Necktie apparatus including a first necktie segment and a second necktie segment. A connector element is connected to each of the necktie segments for releasably attaching the necktie segments. The segments will disconnect automatically when a force of sufficient magnitude is applied to the tie, thus protecting the wearer from injury. The lengths of the front panels of each elongated necktie segment may be readily adjusted.

摘要： A reversible necktie according to one embodiment includes first and second fabric pieces that have matching necktie shapes. Each of the fabric pieces has a finished face side, a wide end, longitudinal edges and a narrow end. The fabric pieces are superimposed in mating relationship with the finished sides facing outward, wherein each of the first and second fabric pieces is formed of a first section that has a first appearance and a second section that has a second appearance that is visually different from the first appearance. The first and second sections are joined together along a seam. The first section of first fabric piece overlies the second section of the second fabric piece and the second section of the first fabric piece overlies the first section of the first fabric piece.

摘要： A necktie has a central knot portion being positioned between a display portion and a tail portion. In one version, the warp angle of the knot portion is rotated ninety degrees from the warp of the display portion so that the stripes on the knot will be aligned with the corresponding stripes on the display portion when the tie is worn. In other embodiments, the knot portion is a different color or pattern from the display portion to permit coordinating or contrasting or styles between the knot and display portion. In yet another embodiment, the knot portion is made selectively replaceable at the discretion of the user to permit mix and match freedom.

摘要： A snap-on necktie assembly includes a necktie that has a front apron, a knot and a pair of straps. The front apron extends downwardly along a user's chest and the knot is positioned below the user's neck when the necktie is worn. Each of the straps is extended around opposite sides of the user's neck when the necktie is worn. A first belt is worn around the user's neck and the first belt releasably engages a selected one of the straps. A second belt is worn around the user's neck and the second belt is slidably coupled to the first belt. The second belt releasably engages a selected one of the straps. In this way each of the first belt and the second belt are retained around the user's neck when the necktie is worn.
