    摘要: A marking device operable in conjunction with a tool of the type for applying a predetermined torque to a rotatable fastening member to mark the fastening member for indicating that the predetermined torque has been achieved. The tool torques the fastening member through a socket member carried by a rotatable work spindle which, in turn, is driven by a fluid motor. The marking device, which is adapted to be carried by the tool or to be mounted remotely therefrom, comprises a housing having a piston adapted to forcibly eject a marking agent either through a tube extending through the interior of the spindle to mark the fastening member, or through a tube mounted externally of the tool to mark the article carrying the fastener. The marking device is operable to mark the fastening member or the article in response to a pressure fluid signal generated by the torque applying tool upon the predetermined torque being applied to the fastening member.

    摘要: The instant invention relates to a fastener element of a fastening system, a tool for fastening, disengaging and testing the fastener element and a method for providing a fastening system with a closure seal and/or a torque indication. The fastener element of a fastening system, in particular a bolt or nut includes a tool engagement surface that is engageable by a tool, in particular a standard tool for at least partial form locking contact with the tool for fastening or disengaging the fastening system, wherein the tool engagement surface includes at least one weak spot. The fastener element is operable with standard tools and optionally reusable using special tools. Thus, manipulations by unauthorized persons are easily detectable and it is easily determinable whether a predetermined torque has been applied correctly.

    摘要: It is to provide a torque driver capable of bringing a marker into direct contact with a surface of a fastener member such as a screw to perform marking.A torque driver 1 is configured such that a case 10 is rotated relative to a main shaft 20 when a tightening force applied to the case 10 is transmitted to the main shaft 20 through a torque limiter section 30 and a tightening torque on a screw 80 engaged with a bit 70 attached to a coupler 60 fixed at a tip portion of the main shaft 20 reaches a torque value set in the torque limiter section 30. The torque driver 1 includes: a marker 54 extending from an inside of the coupler 60 to a tip portion of the bit 70 along a side surface of the bit 70; and a marker activating section 40 that allows the marker 54 to move forward by utilizing rotation of the case 10 relative to the main shaft 20 so that a marker tip portion 53 is brought into contact with the screw 80 to perform marking.
