摘要: An apparatus for adjusting lying posture in vehicle seats is connected between a lower side of a height adjusting mechanism of the seat and upper sides of upper sliding rails of the seat and comprises an upper fixed bracket, a front end execution mechanism, a front end supporting and driving mechanism and a rear end bracket assembly. The upper fixed bracket is provided with a front end fixed supporting rod, a left end and a right end of which are connected with a left fixed supporting rod and a right fixed supporting rod respectively; inner sides of the left fixed supporting rod and the right fixed supporting rod are connected with a left fixed bracket and a right fixed bracket respectively; and a connecting hole is formed in each of front parts and rear parts of the left fixed supporting rod and the right front end fixed supporting rod.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a vehicle seat assembly. The vehicle seat assembly (1) includes a chassis and a backrest support (5). The backrest support (5) has a first torsion tube (11) for adjusting a recline angle; and the chassis has a second torsion tube (18) for adjusting height rise. The first and second torsion tubes (11, 18) are arranged concentrically about a pivot axis (A). The first and second torsion tubes are rotatable independently of each other about said pivot axis. The first torsion tube is rotatable to adjust the recline angle; and the second torsion tube is rotatable to adjust the rise height. The present disclosure also relates to a vehicle incorporating a vehicle seat assembly.

An electric drive unit (12) is on one side (4) of the seat but adjusts the seat structure (1) on both sides of the seat. Locks (17) for fixing the seat structure (1) are provided on both sides. The seat ensures a structurally simple adjustment and fixing of the seat on both sides. The adjustment forces are transmitted by the seat structure from the drive unit located on one side of the seat to the other side of the seat.

摘要: An apparatus for determining a seat occupancy includes a load detecting portion provided between one of a front portion and a rear portion of a seating portion of a seat for a vehicle that includes a lifting function for changing a height position of the seating portion relative to a floor for the vehicle, the seat including a seat back at the rear portion of the seating portion of the seat, the load detecting portion detecting a seating load applied to the seating portion, and a seat occupancy determining portion comparing the seating load detected by the load detecting portion with a predetermined threshold value and determining a seat occupancy state of the seat, the seat occupancy determining portion changing the threshold value based on the height position of the seating portion.

摘要: The invention relates to a vehicle seat which may be adjusted forward and back along a seat rail arranged on both sides, and in which both the inclination of a seat surface and a back surface and a height thereof may be adjusted. Such a vehicle seat is intended to be adapted very easily and in an uncomplicated manner to the different body sizes of drivers. This is achieved in that a common adjustment mechanism is provided for all seat adjustment sequences, which coordinates the individual adjustment sequences, in that the coordination of the adjustment sequences produces seat adjustments in which the seating position of the respective driver is optimized irrespective of body size.

摘要: A floor structure on a driver side of a vehicle where a control pedal, such as a brake pedal 5, adapted to be depressedly operated by a driver seated in a driver seat 1 is arranged at a front of a passenger compartment. The floor structure comprises a heel-placement zone 10 which is provided on an approximately horizontal floor portion 8 located rearward of a depressing point 5a of the control pedal, and formed to have a frontward region 11 adapted to allow a short person seated in the driver seat 1 to place his/her heel thereon and a rearward region 12 adapted to allow a tall person seated in the driver seat 1 to place his/her heel thereon. The heel-placement zone 10 including an inclined surface portion 14 formed in at least part thereof in such a manner as to rise relative to a surrounding area of the floor portion 8 and have an upper surface extending obliquely upwardly and frontwardly. The floor structure of the present invention can adjust a driving posture easily and adequately with a simple structure to allow a driver seated in the driver seat to adequately operate the control pedal.
