    摘要: The bottle closure comprises a generally cylindrical inner member adapted to be threadedly engaged on the outside of the neck of a bottle. The inner member has a central passage communicating with the neck of the bottle. An outer member is rotatably mounted on and around the inner member. The inner member includes a valve seat defining a fluid passage between the bottle and the outer member and being located within the neck of the bottle. The outer member includes a valve closure element adapted to close the fluid passage in a first annular position of the outer member on the inner member thereby to form a seal with the valve seat. The outer member, when moved to a second annular position relative to the inner member, opens the fluid passage, thereby to allow fluid in a bottle to flow through the closure.

    摘要: A membrane penetrating closure device for a container on which a sealing membrane (e.g., a metal foil) is installed. The membrane penetrating closure includes a cap that is designed to be engaged on the container. The cap is sealed by a user deformable portion that includes a pressure application surface. A penetrating structure with a cutting edge is connected to the user deformable portion such that it extends towards the membrane when the container and closure are engaged. Retaining structure is provided to retain a severed portion of the membrane within the penetrating structure. In one embodiment, the retaining structure comprises a plurality of capture projections that extend inwardly from the cutting edge. In another embodiment, the retaining structure is a spear projection that extends beyond the cutting edge. Other embodiments are described wherein the severed portion of the membrane remains connected to unsevered portions of the membrane.

    摘要: The invention relates to a tilting nozzle cap (V) which can be allocated to a container (11), comprising an outer part (1) and an inner part (2). In a basic position, the inner part (2) seals an outlet opening (6) of the outer part (1) and in a tilted position, exposes the outlet opening (6) so that a substance (8) approaching via through openings (10) of an inlet level (9) is discharged. The inner part (2) is shifted back in relation to the outer part (1) in the tilted position and is held in the tilting nozzle cap (V) by a floor (17). The aim of the invention is to provide a structurally simple, reliable solution. To this end, the floor (17) has an articulated configuration and an inlet level (9) of the inner part (2) is produced in the tilted position.

    摘要: A fluid-containing and dispensing structure consisting of a flexible sealed fluid-containing pouch mounted within a container formed of a relatively rigid material compared with the pouch which is deformable. The container has associated therewith a pouring spout which cooperates with a tubular element positioned in the upper wall portion of the flexible sealed fluid-containing pouch to provide a passage for fluid in the pouch and is associated with a top wall structure of the container to enclose the pouch. The top wall structure cooperates with a side wall and the pouring spout to secure the pouring spout on the pouch with a bayonet portion of the pouring spout perforating the top wall portion to facilitate dispensing of the contents of the pouch through the pouring spout. The top wall structure is opened and removable from the remaining portion of the container and the pouch is readily removed therefrom and replaced by a similar pouch.

The closure device comprises a base (2) having a body with a connector portion (2a) adapted to mount the closure device on a product container. The base comprises a product channel (5) and a rupturable seal (4) occluding the product channel and forming a lower seal of the closure device. A rotary part (20) is rotatably journalled on the base. The rotary part has a product passage (21) in communication with the product channel in the base. An upper sealing arrangement (30) is arranged on the rotary part and forms an upper seal of the closure device that is remote from the lower seal and seals the product passage of the rotary part. A lower seal rupturing member (40) is movable in a rupturing motion relative to the base to rupture the rupturable lower seal. A motion transfer (27, 42, 3b, 41) means is provided and is adapted so as to effect the rupturing motion of the lower seal rupturing member upon suitable rotary actuation of the rotary part. A protective overcap (10) is removable by the user.

    摘要: A vessel cap having a straw comprises a body mounted at a vessel inlet through which liquid material stored in a vessel is discharged outward, having a straw receiving portion at an upper surface thereof, and having a through hole at one side of the straw receiving portion; a straw horizontally disposed in the straw receiving portion of the body, and passing through the through hole thereby penetrating a sealing member formed at a vessel inlet when vertically positioned; and a connection film connected between an inner circumferential surface of the through hole of the body and an outer circumferential surface of the straw for guiding the straw to be vertically positioned. Once the straw is uprighted, the straw penetrates the sealing member. A user can drink the liquid material stored in the vessel by only one operation to open the cover thereby to enhance the user's convenience.
