摘要： An electric deadman switch includes a body having a cavity, with an activation switch adapted to be placed in the cavity, and an electrical cord assembly having conductor wires adapted to be connected to the switch, wherein activation of the switch closes an electrical circuit and deactivation of the switch opens the electrical circuit, the electrical cord assembly having an end adapted to be carried in the cavity. A removable body cover is adapted to be placed over the body cavity for securing the electrical cord assembly and the activation switch in the body. The body cavity includes a seat for receiving a mated member and the electrical cord assembly includes the mated member whereby the mated member is seated in the seat when the electrical cord assembly is carried in the cavity to secure the electrical cord assembly in a non-rotating relationship with the body.

摘要： A device for manually turning-on at least one circuit-breaker from the front panel of a cabinet includes at least one sleeve having a front end and a rear end. The sleeve extends through an aperture in the front panel and is movable between a backward position, in which the front end of the sleeve projects slightly from the front panel, and a forward position, in which the front end of the sleeve projects away from the front panel. A spring is compressed to push the sleeve from the forward position to the backward position. A rod is operably connected to the sleeve so as to be displaced following the forward movement of the sleeve and to remain in its position uneffected by the backward movement of the sleeve. A linking bar is provided to interconnect the rod and a switch member of the circuit-breaker, and the linking bar is adjustably connected to the rod so that the backward position of the sleeve correlates with the turned-off position of the circuit-breaker and the forward position of the sleeve correlates with the turned-on position of the circuit-breaker.

摘要： A control lever is provided for actuating a deadman's switch or any other switch actuatable by a lever. The control lever is resilient and includes a base portion fixed to the support on which the switch is mounted and an actuator portion which is formed integral with the base portion and which extends over the switch. The actuator portion is deflectable into contact with the switch without the interaction of any pivot element, hinge, or any other connection of the control lever to the support. The lever can be easily actuated with any portion of the operator's hand and preferably is sufficiently resilient to prevent the function of the switch from being defeated by the insertion of a facing object between the lever and the switch and to prevent or at least inhibit damage to the switch due to overpressure on the lever. The lever is preferably pliable and thus can be bent or twisted in virtually any direction without damaging the lever.

摘要： A lever operated switch actuator has a resilient lever secured at its lower end to a bracket and having a control knob at its upper end. The bracket is secured to a supporting surface. A pair of switches having plungers are secured to the bracket on opposite sides of the lever. A lever stop member is secured to the bracket and has stops positioned on opposite sides of the lever and immediately above the switch plungers. The stops of the lever stop member are adjustable with respect to the switch plungers. The lever can be manually grasped at the control knob and deflected forwardly or rearwardly to depress a plunger which activates a switch. A lever stop contacts the lever once a plunger is depressed.
