    摘要: A key stabilizer is provided, in which the key stabilizer includes a keycap and a balance bar. The keycap has a bottom surface and two protruding portions disposed thereon. The keycap moves back and forth along a vertical direction between a top position and a bottom position. Each of the two protruding portions has an engaging portion at the end thereof. The bottom surface faces the bottom position, and the two protruding portions are arranged along a horizontal direction that is perpendicular to the vertical direction. The balance bar has a hinge portion and two side portions respectively connected to both ends of the hinge portion. The hinge portion is positioned on a rotation axis parallel to the horizontal direction. The end of each of the two side portions that is away from the hinge portion is inserted into the engaging portion.

    摘要: An electric switch has a housing with an upper surface through which a actuating plunger extends at a position close to a side surface. The actuating plunger is arranged to operate a switching element disposed inside the housing. An actuating lever is fixed to the side surface adjacent the plunger such that the actuating lever extends over and beyond the upper surface of the housing. A stop for the actuating plunger is arranged inside the housing. With this switch the actuating travel is extended solely in relation to the switch. Furthermore a long over-travel exists following switching, wherein any forces which might occur through improper use in relation to the switch do not cause any damaging effects to the switching element.

The actuation arm is configured to selectively cause the M-blade snap spring to move, via snap-action, between the first actuator position and the second actuator position, which in turn causes the switch to move between the first switch position and the second switch position, respectively.

    摘要: A rocker switch assembly and method includes a housing having an interior cavity for locating electronic components and a plunger member movably located during actuation within the interior cavity of the housing. The plunger member is coupled to at least one contact support. The switch assembly further comprises at least one terminal fixed within the housing. The at least one terminal corresponding with the at least one contact that engages or disengages with the terminal during actuation. A lever structure is pivotly coupled to the housing by a fulcrum fixedly attached to the housing. The lever structure comprises a lever having an upper side for receiving an external force and a lower side for engaging a head on the plunger member to generate actuation of the rocker switch during pivotal rotation of the lever.

    摘要: An intrusion detection switch is attached directly to a printed circuit board and utilized within an enclosure. Wires are not used to extend the switch to the top of the enclosure. An extension mechanism is used to extend a triggering portion of the intrusion detection switch to an engaging surface at the top of the enclosure. When the enclosure lid is properly shut, the engaging service is directed downward, thereby pushing an activation switch of the intrusion detection switch down. Switches may be assembled to an internal main printed circuit board where the switch is completely protected. Therefore, routing and maintaining of wiring to a switch is eliminated. A linkage system or mechanism can be mounted to the main chassis of the enclosure and act as an interface to an enclosure top cover. This eliminates potential damage to switches and wires and provides for a more reliable switch.

    摘要: A magnetically operated electrical switch is presented. The electrical switch includes a linear magnet assembly contained within a housing and movable along an axis of the housing, a rod attached to an end of the linear magnet facing an open end, and means for attaching the housing to a surface. An electrical switch assembly attachable to the open end includes a make/break switch, a switch plunger and an operating lever engaging the plunger where the make/break switch is placed in the first position when an end of the operating lever is contacted by the rod. An electrical wire connection harness includes at least two conductors where the make/break switch closes/opens a connection between one of the conductors. When an operating magnet assembly is positioned on the surface proximate to the switch, the operating magnet moves the linear magnet and a position of the make/break switch is changed.

At this time, a stationary contact 71a moves into and is pinched by pinch members 53 of a movable contact 50 disposed on the movable member 44, rendering the switch section SW1 to assume a conductive state. Concurrently, since a magnet M2 is placed in opposition to a magnetic detecting element 61, a second switch section SW2 is switched over. By unitizing the first and second switch sections, assembling workability of a buckle switch 40 to the buckle body can be improved, enabling an increase in production efficiency.
