摘要: A charging device for electric vehicles or plug-in hybrids has a housing. At least one printed circuit board with fuses thereon is arranged on the printed circuit board. The printed circuit board, together with the fuses, is arranged in the interior of the housing and is connected to the housing in a force-fitting and/or interlocking manner by at least one fastening element (2). A covering element (1) covers the printed circuit board and the fastening element (2) at least in sections, and insertion or removal of the fuses onto or from the printed circuit board can be carried out only by removing the printed circuit board from the interior of the housing. The covering element (1) has to be damaged at least in sections to remove the printed circuit board.

摘要: The present invention is a knob which attaches to the switch post of a push/pull switch. The knob selectively disengages from the switch post as the knob is inadvertently impacted, thereby isolating the push/pull switch from the impacting force. The knob moves independently of the switch post and contacts the housing supporting the switch. Consequently, the force of impact is directed to the housing through the body of the knob and very little force is directed to the switch.

According to the invention, a printed circuit board (5) is connected to a housing (1) of the device by predetermined breaking points (17). Actuating elements (8, 9) with operating parts (10, 11) are located on said printed circuit board, these operating parts protruding out from a front panel (2) of the housing (1). In the event that the operating parts (10, 11) are subjected to excessive forces, the predetermined breaking points (17) enable the printed circuit board (5) to detach from the housing (1) and move further into said housing (1), whereby the operating parts (10, 11) move into the housing (1) accordingly.

And, a crashable connecting portion 21 connects together the operation portion and mounting portion and can be crashed due to an impact given to the operation portion to thereby allow the operation portion to move with respect to the mounting portion. The crashable connecting portion 21 extends radially from the mounting cylindrical portion 19 and is connected to the outer knob 9 and includes plural bridge portions formed radially.

摘要: An arrangement for mounting a switch assembly on a vehicle instrument panel structure so as to be releasable under impacts, the arrangement including a receptacle having a hook-shaped projection and a cantilever spring-type latch element with a cam surface thereon. The switch assembly and receptacle are unitized and the hook-shaped projection on the latter engages the lower margin of an aperture in the panel structure to detachably mount the switch and receptacle unit on the panel structure for pivotal movement between a mounted position in the aperture and a releasing position angularly spaced from the mounted position. The latch member resiliently engages the panel structure to maintain the receptacle in the mounted position and the cam surface is operable under a force of impact on the receptacle to initiate deflection of the latch member and release of the switch and receptacle unit for pivotal movement from the mounted to the releasing position.
