Abstract:
A tool for rotating a cutting head relative to a shaft includes a pair of identical L-shaped shanks. Each shank includes first and second parts oriented transversely to one another, with a shoulder projecting from the first part into a corner formed by the first and second parts. A free end of each first part includes a through-hole receiving the second part of the other shank, wherein the shoulders face one another in order to be able to grip a cutting head. Each second part is slidable in its respective through-hole to enable the distance between the shoulders to be adjusted to accommodate different-size cutting heads.
Abstract:
A recessed key and bit holder for detachably holding at least one drill part such as a drill bit and a chuck key having a chuck key handle and a chuck head, onto a handle base of a power tool. There is at least one recessed area disposed on an enlarged handle base, and at least one spring clip having an anchor end and a retaining end. The anchor end is mounted inside the handle base and the retaining end is located inside the recessed area. The structure also has a finger relief cutout portion formed in connection with the recessed area. The recessed area has a handle portion and a head portion, where the handle portion is shaped to accommodate the chuck key handle and drill bit, and the head portion is shaped to accommodate the chuck head.
Abstract:
An angle drill includes a housing that accommodates a motor. The angle drill also includes a handle that is adapted to be held by an operator during a drilling operation. The handle is coupled to the housing such that the handle can rotate relative to the housing.
Abstract:
A power hand drill outer shell arrangement includes a cover shell, the cover shell having equiangularly spaced peripheral lugs and an integrated switch seat holding a transmission gear box control switch; and a housing abutted against the cover shell, the housing having axially extended mounting holes respectively fastened to the peripheral lugs of the cover shell, and a front opening, which receives the switch seat.
Abstract:
A ratchet mechanism of rotating tool including a hollow sleeve fitted in a seat body. A toothed disc is fitted on the sleeve and two movable blocks are respectively fitted with two ends of the sleeve. The movable blocks have toothed sections and are pushed by resilient members to engage with ratchet faces of the toothed disc. A hoop is rotably fitted around the toothed disc. The movable blocks abut against two end faces of the hoop. Each of the end faces has a slope face and each movable block has a projecting block corresponding thereto. When the hoop is rotated, the slope face pushes the projecting block so as to move the movable blocks, whereby the toothed sections of the movable blocks are disengaged from the ratchet faces of the toothed disc or engaged therewith.
Abstract:
A dust-proof element for reducing creeping dispersion of dust along a free surface formed as one of locally limited dust trap element (5) and dust barrier (7) having a surface with an artificial pimpled microcrystalline structure with bumps and indentations having a size in a range from 5 to 100 nullm and spaced from each other by a distance from 5 to 200 nullm, and a method of protecting hand-held tools and working tools with the dust-proof element.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a high-speed rotary machine having a main body, a driving device, a locking device, an illuminating device, two tool accommodation members and a number of tools. The driving device contains a through insertion hole which is aligned with two holes at the left and right body portions of the main body for the crank to insert into either side according to the user's habit or the convenience of the work. The main body includes at the top of the inner side of the holding part thereof a press button used for blocking the locking device in order to increase the torsion value of the applied force.
Abstract:
A tool for enlarging the size of an existing bore to a selected enlarged size. The tool has a drill sized to define the enlarged bore, and a guide having a cylindrical body sized so that the guide can be rotated in the existing bore. The guide and drill including cooperating structures for releasably interconnecting the guide and the drill with the guide and drill coaxially aligned whereby, with the guide releasable secured to the drill, the guide can be located within the original hole to guide the cutting action of the drill as it enlarges the original hole.
Abstract:
A cylindrical tool bit holder has a rotatably operable cylindrical cover for access to clip mounted tool chuck and tool bits disposed on the inside of the cover, and an integral clip affixed to the holder body for tool belt mounting of the holder, whereby the user with the holder belt mounted, rotatably removes the cover and inspects the array of tool bits and then in turn with the other hand removes the chuck for assembly to the hand tool or then removes a tool bit for assembly to the chuck. After removal of the chuck and tool bit, the cover is rotatably replaced on the cylindrical body of the holder and rotated no more than 120.degree. for locking engagement of the cover on the body. The cover is formed with equally spaced flexible tabs each having respective buttons for slidably engaging into holes on the body, for locking and unlocking the cover to the body. The cover is removed and replaced with the user using only one hand.
Abstract:
An alignment pin has a first cylindrical portion having a first diameter equal to the outer diameter of a work piece, and axially aligned therewith is a second cylindrical portion having a second diameter equal to the inner diameter of a work piece. The pin is inserted into a tube squaring machine to align the cutting tool of the machine for squaring a work piece having outer and inner diameters equal to the first and second diameters of the pin.
