    摘要: An apparatus for filling containers with viscous food product includes a plurality of pressure/vacuum fill head positioned above a plurality of containers. Each fill head includes a housing enclosing a plenum through which is longitudinally disposed a valve stem having in an outer cylindrical surface thereof a plurality of longitudinally disposed grooves terminated near a lower end of the stem by a cylindrical boss. The boss is biased into fluid pressure-tight sealing contact with a lower transverse end face of lower tubular portion of the housing by a helical compression spring which fits coaxially over a portion of the valve stem which protrudes upwardly from the housing, the spring being disposed between an upper transverse end wall of the housing, and the lower surface of a neck which protrudes radially outwardly from the upper end of the valve stem. Attached coaxially over the lower end portion of the fill head housing is a resilient circular sealing pad assembly which is compressed into a liquid pressure-tight sealing contact with a container rim, when a horizontally disposed press bar exerts a downward pressure on a resilient bumper at the upper end of the valve stem. Further downward motion of the press bar after downward motion of the valve housing is halted by contact with a container rim causes the valve stem to be displaced downwards within the housing against the restraining force of the compression spring, thus causing the boss at the lower end of the valve stem to extend outwardly from the lower housing seat. This causes an annular opening to be formed around the lower ends of the valve stem grooves, thus enabling pressurized liquid food product supplied to the head by a product inlet import protruding radially outward from the housing to flow into the container. Excess liquid food product and air displaced from the container are removed through a vacuum port which is disposed coaxially through the stem, the vacuum port having a lower opening which penetrates the lower end face of the valve stem, and an upper opening in the outer end of the neck which is connected to a vacuum source.

The can body has a flange which is engagable with a trench in the rotatable cover. An interior of the can body has a plurality of grooves. A bottom of the receiving spoon is protruded with a circular buckling flange. A diameter of the circular buckling flange is slightly smaller than an inner diameter of a U shape track of the rotatable cover. Thereby, the receiving spoon is embedded into the U shape track to be confined therein. A hollow end of the receiving spoon is exactly aligned to the through hole of the rotatable cover. Thus, the height of the receiving spoon is adjustable so that the user can take a predetermined amount of powders or materials in the can conveniently.

    摘要: A method and system for preventing vehicle misfuelling by utilizing an apparatus that receives a fuel nozzle into the filler neck, and activates a vacuum on the nozzle inserted therein. Using the pump's internal shut-off mechanism, this prevents the fuel pump from dispensing fuel until the sensing unit within the apparatus is able to identify the fuel proposed to be added to the tank. If the fuel is deemed acceptable, the vacuum is released, and the fuel is permitted to enter into the desired fuel tank.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to a clip that holds the dispensing lever of a fluid dispensing pump in an open position, thereby controlling the flow of liquid from the pump without the necessity of the user manually applying pressure to the dispensing lever. One use of the clip is on the gasoline pumps at self service gasoline pumps. The clip is of a generally U-shape and comprises a shank, two upwardly turning legs at each end of the shank and a first and second arm pivotally attached to the first and second legs, respectively. The clip is capable of alternating between a folded state and an extended state. The clip is constructed so that the first and second arms pivot inwardly towards the shank, reducing the clip to the compact form when not in use.

    摘要: Methods and apparatuses for filling flexible receptacles or bags with bulk or particulate material is provided. In one aspect, an automatic sand bag filling apparatus is disclosed which includes a bulk fill channel which may be placed within the interior of each bag to be filled. The filling apparatus may have a metering device for providing the desired amount of bulk material to the fill channel. The fill channel may be moveable along a fixed path for engaging and advancing a series of interconnected bags. Articulating spreader bars may be provided to support the bag during filling. In one embodiment, the filling apparatus is mounted on a trailer assembly and includes a reservoir for storing the bulk sand. The sand may be transferred from the reservoir to the filling apparatus using augers, conveyors, etc. A preferred construction of a series of interconnected sand bags and a method of making a series of interconnected bags is also disclosed.

    摘要: A machine that makes bubbles that are dispensed vertically. A membrane-forming system forms a bubble solution membrane over a bubble ring. Air is passed through the bubble ring by a blowing fan, which is intermittently operated to allow contact between a membrane-forming ring and the bubble ring. Bubble solution is continuously supplied to the bubble rings from a central reservoir. Safety switches prevent operation of the bubble-making machine unless there is bubble solution in the reservoir, the main housing is properly connected to the fan, and the bubble machine is in an upright position (and not tipped over). The present invention provides continuous operation for the duration of the bubble solution supply, and is easily washed, used, maintained, and manufactured.
