摘要： Devices, systems, and methods are provided for baking a food product in a portable baking oven. The baking oven includes a main body, lower and upper stones, a heat shield suspending the upper stone above the lower stone, and a heat element emanating heat upward to a rotating flat panel having the lower stone thereon. Convection heat from the heat element moves upward from below the rotating flat panel and past a periphery of the flat panel, channeled by the heat shield to the upper stone, to move along the upper stone, and then down along the heat shield, on the opposite side. With this arrangement, the heat element heats the upper and lower stones with convection heat moving between the lower and upper stones in a side-to-side manner.

摘要： A gas burner arrangement for a hotplate includes at least two gas burners, each gas burner having operably connected thereto a gas valve for regulating a combustion gas flow to the gas burners, and a thermoelement for monitoring a flame of the gas burners. The thermoelement is coupled to the gas valve by an electrical circuit, such that when the flame of the associated gas burner is extinguished, the combustion gas flow to the gas burner is interrupted with the aid of the gas valve. Each electrical circuit includes a mechanically actuatable switch configured to couple or decouple the electrical circuit between the associated thermoelement and the associated gas valve. The mechanically actuatable switch includes a contact element having a noble metal. A shared actuation element controls the mechanically actuatable switches of the electric circuits.

摘要： A burner apparatus which can be used as a side burner for an outdoor grill. The burner apparatus includes a burner head having a plurality of surrounding discharge ports and a flame guide element positioned in the burner head for receiving the combustible gas feed stream.
