    摘要: The present invention relates to an apparatus for transferring objects comprising: —an object take-off roller (10) comprising, on the periphery thereof, members (11) for individually gripping said objects, —a device for rotating said object take-off roller (10)—said individual gripping members being arranged in at least one ring, said apparatus comprising, for each ring, a linear actuator (13), placed in the interior volume defined by said roller, for moving an individual gripping member (11) appearing opposite this linear actuator (13) between a rest position and a gripping position in which this individual gripping member (11) extends radially, projecting from this take-off roller (10) to grip an object, the gripping position being obtained by one free mobile end of said linear actuator (13) bearing against said individual gripping member (11), said take-off roller (10) being configured to move an individual gripping member (11) in its rest position one by one in front of each linear actuator (13) as it rotates. According to the invention—the free end of said linear actuator (13) being mobile between a folded position and a deployed position in which this free end is in contact with an individual gripping member (11), this linear actuator (13) is rotationally mobile between at least an engaged position and a disengaged position such that, with the free end of said linear actuator (13) being in its deployed position or in an intermediate position between its deployed position and its folded position, said linear actuator (13) is freely moved from its engaged position to its disengaged position when it comes into contact with another individual gripping member (11), in its rest position, carried by said rotating take-off roller (10), —said disengaged position corresponding to a position in which said actuator is spaced apart from said individual gripping members, said assembly comprising a return member (15) to return said actuator from its disengaged position to its engaged position when the free end of said actuator is in its folded position or in an intermediate position not able to interact with an individual gripping member (11) in its rest position.

    摘要: A pick-and-place assembly tool, system and method comprising a flexible array of gripper heads is adapted to pick a sheet of flexible material or a pre-assembled array of flexibly coupled elements from a flat surface and place it on a convex, doubly curved surface. Gripping action may be provided by a suction force. When picking the pre-assembled array of elements, the array of gripper heads may conform to the flat surface. The assembly tool may then be moved above and aligned to the compound curved placing surface. When lowered onto the receiving surface, the assembly tool passively may precisely conform to the convex surface. Distortion of the material or array may be controlled by flexible couplers disposed between the gripper heads. Heating elements disposed on some or all of the gripper heads may be used to tack the workpiece in place to maintain registration during subsequent processing, e.g., lamination.

    摘要: The present disclosure provides a battery piece feeding device and a soldering stringer, the battery piece feeding device is configured to lay battery pieces onto a soldering conveying device, the battery piece feeding device includes two picking mechanisms, both of the picking mechanisms are configured to alternately pick up the battery pieces from a battery piece picking position and lay the picked battery pieces onto the soldering conveying device. When one picking mechanism picks up the battery piece from the battery piece picking position, the other picking mechanism lays the picked battery piece onto the soldering conveying device. By arranging the two picking mechanisms and controlling the two picking mechanisms to alternately pick up the battery pieces from the battery piece picking position and lay the picked battery pieces onto the soldering conveying device, the battery piece feeding device greatly improves the battery piece feeding efficiency.

    摘要: This conveyance device comprises: a suction head which suctions and conveys an electronic component; a movement control unit which moves the suction head; a rotation control unit which controls a rotation position of the suction head centered on a predetermined axis of rotation; and a suction control unit which causes the suction head to suction the electronic component such that a load exerted on the electronic component from the suction head in conjunction with the movement of the suction head is less than or equal to a predetermined pressure. The movement control unit sets a correction amount of the predetermined pressure based on the self-weight of the suction head on the basis of the rotation position of the suction head. Using a conveyance device such as the foregoing makes it possible to improve the accuracy of load control during suction or suction release of an electronic component.
