    摘要: A continuous multi-layer film includes a support layer having a first film surface, and a hard coat layer, formed on the support layer, having a second film surface, and having a curling tendency in an inward direction. In the decurling method, the multi-layer film is transported. A first transition of the support layer in the multi-layer film being transported into a rubber phase is induced by supplying fluid vapor on the support layer. After supplying the fluid vapor, a second transition of the support layer from the rubber phase into a glass phase is induced. The multi-layer film is transported while a portion of the support layer in the rubber phase is prevented from contacting a solid object. The hard coat layer is formed from a polymer produced from an ultraviolet curable compound, and the support layer is formed from cellulose acylate.

    摘要: A carrying apparatus carries a battery electrode member (an electrode material film web or an electrode film). The carrying apparatus includes a carrier for holding while curving, and then carrying the electrode member. The carrier is configured to hold the electrode member at a position that doesn't cause a contact with components for another process at a downstream along a carrying direction. Since the electrode member is curved, its stiffness along the carrying direction is strengthened and thereby sagging down is prevented. In addition, the holding position by the carrier is the position that doesn't cause a contact with components for another process at a downstream along a carrying direction. Therefore, according to the carrying apparatus, it is possible to carry the electrode member (an end of an electrode material web or an electrode) to a target position reliably.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a packaging machine which has transport means in the form of two transport chains (5, 6) for lateral grasping and transporting of a length of material (7) consisting of packaging material. In particular with longer plants above approximately 10 meters in transport length the stretching property of the transport chains owing to the load has a marked effect on the precision of the transport distance. This results in fluctuations of the transport distance between the two transport chains and therefore distortions of the length of material, which, depending on the type of packaging material, can even lead to tearing of the length of material. In order to minimize these fluctuations, the first transport means (5) has a first engagement element (10) engaging in the first transport means (5) and the second transport means (6) a second engagement element (11) engaging in the second transport means (6), the first engagement element (10) being coupled to the second engagement element (11) in such a way that the two engagement elements are synchronized.

    摘要: A one-piece clip of flexible metallic plastic material has a first section which can be separably affixed to a belt conveyor, and an elongated slotted second section. A web of photosensitive material is caused to extend through the slot of the second section so that its leader is located at one side and the next-following portion of the web is located at the other side of the slot. The leader is then folded against the respective major surface of the second section, and the web is form-lockingly connected to the second section. The form-locking connection can be established by one or more pairs of complementary tooth-shaped protuberances which extend into the slot and penetrate into and through the folded portion of the web behind the leader, by securing the leader to the next-following portion of the web by a clamp in an enlarged window-like portion of the slot, or by bonding a small part of the leader to the next-following portion of the web in such window-like portion of the slot.

    摘要: A photographic developing apparatus has an elastic conveyor belt and at least one clamp which is designed to be mounted on the conveyor belt and to engage a strip of photographic material. The clamp has spaced gripping elements which define an opening of width less than that of the conveyor belt and are arranged to engage the marginal portions of the belt. A mechanism for mounting the clamp on the conveyor belt is also provided and includes a female die as well as a male die. The mounting mechanism additionally includes means for juxtaposing the clamp and the belt with one another in such a manner that the central portion of the belt and the opening in the clamp are each in register with a cavity in the female die while the marginal portions of the belt are movably confined between the clamp and support surfaces on the female die. When the clamp and the belt are thus positioned, the male die is moved into the female die. This causes the marginal portions of the belt to approach one another. When the marginal portions are released from their confinement, they snap into the opening of the clamp. The male die is then withdrawn so that the conveyor belt straightens and the marginal portions thereof come into firm engagement with the gripping elements of the clamp.
