摘要: A system includes a motor configured to be coupled to a non-rigid load and a control system disposed within, or communicatively coupled to, a drive system configured to control an operation of the motor. The control system includes a processor and a memory accessible by the processor. The memory stores instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to generate a smooth move input profile to control the operation of the motor based on inputs specifying a desired operation of the motor, apply a notch filter having a notch filter frequency to the smooth move input profile to produce a filtered smooth move input profile, and send a command to the drive system based on the filtered smooth move input profile, wherein the command is configured to adjust the operation of the motor.

摘要: A variety of methods, controllers and electric machine systems are described that facilitate pulsed control of electric machines to improve the energy efficiency of the electric machine when conditions warrant. Selected transitions between pulsing output levels are controlled to provide a cubic or higher order transition torque profile. In various implementations, cubic, quintic or higher order transition profiles are use. The use of such transition torque profiles can improve NVH characteristics of the electric machine while providing energy efficient pulse transitions.

A second stator and a second set of magnetic poles on the rotor forms a second electric machine. The first electric machine and the second electric machine is shifted mechanically by a predetermined angle. An electrical shift is produced to the control of at least the mechanically shifted electric machine with a respective frequency converter in order to at least partly compensate for the mechanical shift in the mechanically shifted electric machine.

摘要: A control device includes angular velocity detecting circuitry, feedback circuitry, torque command calculation circuitry, a limiter, a drive controller, and correction circuitry. The angular velocity detecting circuitry detects an angular velocity of a motor. The feedback circuitry obtains a feedback value from the angular velocity. The torque command calculation circuitry obtains a torque command value according to a superordinate torque command value supplied from a superordinate device and the feedback value. The limiter limits the torque command value obtained by the torque command calculation circuitry so as not to exceed a preset torque upper limit value. The drive controller performs a drive control of the motor according to the limited torque command value. The correction circuitry corrects the superordinate torque command value or the torque command value according to the feedback value and the superordinate torque command value.

摘要: A motor control apparatus includes: an oscillation instruction unit outputting an oscillation instruction signal; a filter unit performing filtering processing having frequency characteristic defined by a filter parameter; an oscillation forcing unit configuring a control loop in an oscillation period together with the filter unit, a current control unit, a motor, and a velocity calculation unit and causing the control loop to oscillate during the oscillation period in which the oscillation instruction signal is in the on-state; an amplitude evaluation unit acquiring, as an evaluation value, the amplitude ratio of an input signal to an output signal of the oscillation forcing unit when the control loop oscillates; and a filter adjustment unit comparing evaluation values provided when filter parameter candidates are set in the filter unit sequentially, selecting one of the filter parameters achieving a smaller evaluation value, and setting the selected filter parameter in the filter unit.

摘要: Methods and systems are provided to damp oscillations in a synchronous alternating current (AC) grid. Current may be received from the synchronous AC grid through a phase of an n-phase supply line. The current received from the synchronous AC grid is supplied to a phase of the synchronous motor. A sub-harmonic oscillation may be detected in the current received from the synchronous AC grid. The sub-harmonic oscillation may be damped by: shunting a portion of the current away from the phase of the synchronous motor during a first time period in an upper-half of the sub-harmonic oscillation, and/or supplying compensation current from a partial power converter to the phase of the synchronous motor during a second time period in a lower-half of the sub-harmonic oscillation.

摘要: Ripple power having a first variation range is input into a DC link (DC power supply lines). Buffer power is provided and received between the DC link and a power buffer circuit, so that the DC link outputs DC power having a second variation range smaller than the first variation range. An inverter receives the DC power as an input, and outputs AC power to a motor. A power control unit controls the power buffer circuit and the inverter on the basis of a compensation rate that sets the second variation range. A compensation rate setting unit performs a setting in which the compensation rate when a rotational speed of the motor belongs to any of a plurality of first predetermined ranges is higher than the compensation rate when the rotational speed belongs to a second predetermined range other than the plurality of first predetermined ranges.
