    Abstract: A machine may be configured to perform image evaluation of images depicting items for sale and to provide recommendations for improving the images depicting the items to increase the sales of the items depicted in the images. For example, the machine accesses a result of a user behavior analysis. The machine receives an image of an item from a user device. The machine performs an image evaluation of the received image based on an analysis of the received image and the result of the user behavior analysis. The performing of the image evaluation may include determining a likelihood of a user engaging in a desired user behavior in relation to the received image. Then, the machine generates, based on the evaluation of the received image, an output that references the received image and indicates the likelihood of a user engaging in the desired behavior.

    Abstract: A system and method for mirroring traffic data is described. A traffic proxy samples traffic data between a client device and a first web server. The traffic data comprises requests from the client device and corresponding responses from the first web server. The sampled traffic data is encoded and relayed to a second web server. The second web server comprises an updated version of a web service that is operating at the first web server. Responses from the first web server are compared with responses from the second web server based on the requests in the encoded sampled traffic data. The differences between the responses from the first web server and the second web server is stored.

    Abstract: Example embodiments are directed to systems and method to facilitate omnichannel retailing. A networked system determines a location of the user device within a store and accesses a map of the store. An item from a list of one or more items is identified, whereby the item has a plurality of locations within the store. A first location of the item from the plurality of locations is selected. The networked system causes display, on a user interface on the user device, of the location of the user device and the first location of the item and causes display of a user interface element that is operable to receive user selection of a different location from the plurality of locations.     Abstract: Described are computing systems and methods configured to detect a small, but meaningful, anomaly within one or more metrics associated with a platform. The system displays visuals of the metrics so that a user monitoring the platform can effectively notice a problem associated with the anomaly and take appropriate action to remediate the problem. An operational visual includes a radar-based visual with a heatmap arranging metrics, and a node representing a state of the metrics. Moreover, the system uses an ensemble of unsupervised machine learning algorithms for multi-dimensional clustering of hundreds of thousands of monitored metrics. Via the visuals and the implementation of the machine learning algorithms, the described techniques provide an improved way of representing and simulating many metrics being monitored for a platform. Moreover, the techniques are configured to expose actionable and useful information associated with the platform in a manner that can be effectively interpreted.

    Abstract: A system, method, and computer program product for providing personalized coordinated shopping among multiple participants in a network marketplace. Social group interactions are extended to shopping, to enhance the scope and efficiency of commerce. A shopping group comprising selected members of a social group includes an authorized purchaser and a number of shoppers who are not authorized to make purchases. A non-authorized purchaser selects desired items and sends a purchase approval request to the authorized purchaser, including a personalized video message describing and supporting the request. The personalized video message is sent to the authorized purchaser by communication means selected according to determined current availability, including via review of a social calendar. The authorized purchaser may approve, decline, or request further information from the requester, upon reviewing the purchase request. The authorized purchaser may modify the requested transaction, including the item actually purchased, the seller, and its shipping data.

    Abstract: A user may use a client device to create a draft document by interacting with a. server. The user provides an image in a message (e.g., a multimedia messaging service (MMS) message) from a different device. The server receives the image and modifies the draft (e.g., by updating a web page being displayed on the client device). This process allows the user to type text for a draft using a client device that includes a keyboard (e.g., a desktop or laptop computer) and to add an image to the draft using a second device that includes a camera (e.g., a mobile phone or tablet computer) without having to transfer the image from the second device to the first device.
