    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a remote user equipment (UE) may establish, via a sidelink signaling interface, a unicast link between the remote UE and a relay UE; establish a connection with a base station via the relay UE, wherein a message associated with establishing the connection is communicated via the unicast link; establish one or more bearers based at least in part on a radio bearer configuration received from the base station via the connection; establish, with the relay UE, one or more sidelink access stratum entities for the one or more bearers using one or more sidelink radio resource control messages based at least in part on an access stratum configuration received from the base station via the connection; and receive or transmit control-plane or user-plane traffic via the one or more bearers.

    Abstract: Techniques described herein leverage existing localization sensors or V2X devices to detect one or more other vehicles that include wireless systems that can interfere with in-vehicle wireless networks. The localization sensors or V2X devices can provide information to determine a location, a heading, a speed, a size, and a type of other vehicles. This information can be used to determine a probability of network interference and allow the in-vehicle wireless networks to employ one or more techniques to mitigate the effects of the interference. The interference mitigation techniques can include increasing or decreasing transmitter power, changing a frequency or a channel of a wireless transmitter, or activating one or more additional transmitters as relays to improve reliability.

    Abstract: Techniques are disclosed for a priori or real-time intersection trajectory determination of a vehicle, and corresponding messaging of the trajectory determination. Trajectory determination may be based on vehicle static characteristics, dynamic characteristics, and/or intersection geometry. Trajectory messages, which can be communicated using CV2X, may not only indicate the trajectory, but may (optionally) indicate which intersection ingress and egress points the vehicle will block over the course of the traversal of the vehicle along the trajectory.

In some aspects, a first user equipment (UE) may determine a link quality for one or more links associated with the first UE. A link quality for a link of the one or more links may be based at least in part on one or more measurements associated with at least a subset of a plurality of beams of the link. The first UE may generate, based at least in part on the link quality for the one or more links associated with the first UE, a connectivity graph of at least a portion of a wireless network in which the first UE is included.
