A playing system and a plying method are provided. The playing system is selectively in communication with a portable device. The playing system includes a first playing device and a server. When the portable device is within a first detecting range corresponding to the first playing device, the first playing device is in communication with the portable device and issues a first playing request. The server is in communication with the first playing device for providing a multimedia stream. After the first playing request is received by the server, the multimedia stream is transmitted from the server to the first playing device, so that the multimedia stream is played by the first playing device.

A setting and modifying method of a user operating interface is used between a user device and a digital audio/video signal receiving and processing device through a network. The setting and modifying method includes the following steps. Firstly, the user device acquires a first user operating interface setting information from the digital audio/video signal receiving and processing device. Then, the contents of the first user operating interface setting information are modified to generate a second user operating interface setting information. Afterwards, the second user operating interface setting information is transmitted from the user device to the digital audio/video signal receiving and processing device through the network for setting the user operating interface.

The present invention applies management frame defined in IEEE 802.11 standard to a wireless distribution system (WDS) mode by adding an information element (IE) into the management frame, which enables any access point (AP) in WDS to maintain IE based on its own setting and state, then send IE via the management frame for providing state of the AP under WDS mode, determine whether a physical link (i.e., a wireless link between APs) should be established therewith based on received IE, and maintain the established physical link through the wireless management frame in a real time manner. Thus, the existence and necessity of the physical link between different APs in WDS can be determined correctly.
Abstract:
A self-configured network system includes a server including a plurality of columns. Each column records therein correlation of a domain name to a corresponding network addressing information. An internet protocol device is built therein a preset domain name and acquires an updated network addressing information in the internet. The preset domain name is previously recorded in a specified column of the server. The internet protocol device transfers the preset domain name and the updated network addressing information to the server via the internet so as to locate the specified column and replace the corresponding network addressing information with the updated network addressing information. A user's node is capable of linking to the internet and accessible to the server to acquire the updated network addressing information of the internet protocol device via the internet in response to input of the preset domain name.

A caller information providing system includes a caller device, a database and a receiver device, each of which is in communication with the network. The caller device has an identification code. According to the identification code, caller information of the caller device is provided by the database. The caller information of the caller device provided by the database is acquired through the network, and revealed by the receiver device.

A system and a method for processing a program with inserted advertisements are provided. The system includes a plurality of program subscriber apparatuses, an advertising time server and a program-processing device, all of which are in communication with a network. At first, the program subscriber apparatuses generate a plurality of advertising time information in response to the operations of the program subscriber apparatuses by users. Then, the advertising time database integrated the advertising time information to provide an advertising time database having therein a plurality of representative advertising time information. The program-processing apparatus can process a specific program according to the representative advertising time information.

The present invention relates to a server device which comprises a case having two symmetric slots disposed on the top and a first handle disposed in each of the slots to make it easier to lift up the server device, a horizontal partition disposed in the case and dividing the inner space of the case into upper and lower parts, wherein the upper part is a first holding space capable of holding at least an electronic device, a first heat dissipation unit is disposed at the front of the electronic, the lower part of the case is a second holding space capable of holding at least a server, and a second heat dissipation unit may be disposed at one side of the second holding space, such that a plurality of servers, electronic devices and heat dissipation units may be integrated into the server device for easily and conveniently being moved.

The interface converting circuit includes: a reducing FPS circuit, for dividing a first vertical synchronization signal to generate a second vertical synchronization signal, and converting a first horizontal synchronization signal to a second horizontal synchronization signal by masking the first horizontal synchronization signal according to the second vertical synchronization signal; a pixel clock multiplier, for multiplying a first pixel clock signal to generate a second pixel clock signal; and, a data-width converter, for converting an input signal with M bits data width, which is transmitted at a frequency of the first pixel clock signal by the 3D de-interlace chip, to an output signal with M/2 bits data width, which is transmitted at a frequency of the second pixel clock signal.

The present invention discloses a pendulum-shaped microstrip antenna structure which is manufactured in form of a metal microstrip on a side of the printed circuit board and installed at a distal end of the printed circuit board, when the pendulum-shaped antenna is installed onto a printed circuit board of a wireless electronic product. The pendulum-shaped microstrip antenna structure includes a signal feeding portion and an antenna portion sequentially installed in the direction from the printed circuit board to its distal end, and the pendulum-shaped antenna is extended outward, so that a current transmitted from the pendulum-shaped antenna can be distributed uniformly onto the signal feeding portion and the antenna portion to achieve the effects of improving the bandwidth of the pendulum-shaped antenna, reducing the feeding inductance, and providing sufficient bandwidth for the antenna.

The present invention is to provide a dual-purpose position structure used as a hook and a dock comprising a base and another base, wherein the base is sheathed into the another base along a guiding track and two sides of a sliding trench of the base by using a guiding trench and two sides of a sliding plate of the another base, the another base is adjusted by engaging between a saw-toothed part of an elastic arm and a saw-toothed surface of the guiding track to form a dock with a size-adjustable containing space for setting an electronic apparatus therein or being hanged inversely on an office partition as a hook. At least one buckling device located on the supporting plate of the another base can be assembled with at least another buckling device located on a surface of the electronic apparatus.
