    Abstract: Provided is a method for generating a one class model based on a data frequency. The method for generating a one class model based on a data frequency includes: generating, by a machine learning apparatus, a plurality of spatial coordinates by arranging a plurality of learning data in corresponding coordinates in a feature space; classifying, by the machine learning apparatus, the plurality of spatial coordinates into a plurality of internal coordinates PI and a plurality of external coordinates PO based on a frequency of the learning data arranged in the respective spatial coordinates which belong to the plurality of spatial coordinates; and generating, by the machine learning apparatus, a one class model based on the plurality of internal coordinates PI based on mutual spatial distances of the plurality of external coordinates PO and the plurality of internal coordinates PI.

    Abstract: A method for decoding a signal encoded with polar codes by a decoding system is provided. The method comprises receiving, from a transmission system, a signal in which a plurality of cyclic redundancy checks (CRCs) are encoded by the polar codes, the plurality of CRCs being inserted into positions determined based on a plurality of information bits, a number of the plurality of information bits and a total code length, and decoding a code section including bits ranging from a first bit of the signal to a position where a last bit of a first CRC is inserted. The method further comprises re-performing successive cancellation flip decoding for the decoded code section, or determining whether to decode a next code section adjacent to the decoded code section, based on whether a CRC is detected in the decoded code section.

    Abstract: A peptide that binds specifically to neuropilin-1 (NRP1) without binding to neuropilin-2 (NRP2) is provided. A fusion protein, a fusion antibody, small-molecule drug, a nanoparticle, or a liposome, which comprises the peptide, and a pharmaceutical composition for treating or preventing cancer or angiogenesis-related diseases, and a composition for diagnosing cancer or angiogenesis-related diseases are provided. A polynucleotide encoding the peptide that binds specifically to NRP1 and a method for screening the peptide that binds specifically to NRP1 are provided. An antibody heavy-chain constant region Fc-fused peptide binding specifically to NRP1 has the property of binding specifically to NRP1, and thus when it is administered in vivo, it accumulates selectively in tumor tissue, and widens the intercellular space between tumor-associated endothelial cells to promote its extravasation and increases its tumor tissue penetration.
