Abstract: A method for detecting a discovery reference signal includes: detecting, by a terminal device, a candidate sequence of a discovery reference signal at a candidate time-frequency resource location of the discovery reference signal to determine an actual time-frequency resource location and an actual sequence of the discovery reference signal, wherein the a candidate sequence includes the actual sequence, and the a candidate time-frequency resource location includes the actual time-frequency resource location; determining, by the terminal device, a value of information, and a mapping relationship between the value and the candidate sequence and/or the candidate time-frequency resource location; and determining, by the terminal device, an actual value from the value according to the actual sequence and/or the actual time-frequency resource location, and the mapping relationship.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and an apparatus for transmitting control data. The method includes: determining, by a terminal device, at least one target cell from at least one unlicensed cell; and transmitting, by the terminal device, control data in the target cell. This can implement transmission of the control data on an unlicensed spectrum resource, so that the control data can be transmitted not merely on a licensed spectrum resource, and communication reliability and user experience can be improved. In addition, this can reduce licensed spectrum resource overheads in a communication process, and increase a capacity of a communications system that has a limited quantity of licensed spectrum resources.

The method further includes determining, by the terminal device according to a time at which the downlink control information is sent, a time window for sending uplink information, and sending, by the terminal device, the uplink information within the time window, where a start moment T1 of the time window is within the first time unit or a second time unit immediately after the first time unit.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, where a UE determines that uplink control information to be sent to an eNB in an uplink subframe includes channel state information (CSI) and a scheduling request (SR). The UE further determines a first uplink channel resource for sending the CSI and the SR to the eNB. The first uplink channel resource has an SR sending format and is used to send the CSI. The UE then sends the CSI and the SR to the eNB on the first uplink channel resource in the uplink subframe.
