    Abstract: A transmission apparatus: encodes information into a first bit sequence, using a polar code; outputs a second bit sequence by inputting the first bit sequence to an interleaver; modulates the second bit sequence into modulation symbols according to a modulation order; and transmits the modulation symbols. The interleaver: has an odd number of columns; and is configured to cyclically read and output, from column k, bits stored in row n of the interleaver, and cyclically read and output, from column k+a, bits stored in row n+1 of the interleaver, wherein a represents an integer which is not 0.

    Abstract: A method and device for transmitting a transport block in a wireless communication system is provided. Particularly, a terminal receives, from a base station, information on the number of subcarriers in a partial band included in an allocated carrier. The terminal distributes a soft buffer possessed by the terminal in proportion to the number of subcarriers in the partial band. The terminal determines a transport block size for each partial band according to the size of the distributed soft buffer. The terminal transmits, to the base station, the transport block within the transport block size.

    Abstract: A method for transmitting an uplink control channel in a wireless communication system and a device therefor are disclosed. In detail, the method performed by a user equipment (UE) includes generating a third sequence by aggregating a first sequence with a second sequence, generating a fourth sequence by using the generated third sequence and a specific cyclic shift index corresponding to specific uplink control information, and transmitting the uplink control channel by using the generated fourth sequence, wherein the fourth sequence may be transmitted in at least one symbol constituting a resource region allocated for transmission of the uplink control channel, and wherein the fourth sequence may indicate the specific uplink control information transmitted through the uplink control channel.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to methods for making radio resource measurements in synchronized cells when quasi co-location is applied, and to apparatuses supporting same. A method for a terminal for making radio resource measurements (RRM) in a wireless access system according to one embodiment of the present invention may comprise the steps of: receiving an upper level signal comprising a reference signal for channel state information (CSI-RS) of a first cell, and quasi co-location (QCL) information for a cell-specific reference signal (CRS) and/or CSI-RS of a second cell; receiving the CRS and/or CSI-RS of the second cell on the basis of the QCL information; and measuring a first RRM for the first cell by means of the CRS and/or the CSI-RS of the second cell.
