Abstract: A method and a device for transmitting an uplink transmission block in a wireless communication system are provided. Particularly, a terminal receives, from a base station, allocation information on a first grant-free uplink resource, which is scheduled semi-persistently. The terminal repeatedly transmits a first transmission block through the first grant-free uplink resource by using a first reference signal. The terminal transmits a second transmission block by using a second reference signal before completion of the transmission of the first transmission block. The second transmission block is distinguished from the first transmission block through a change of the first reference signal to the second reference signal.

Abstract: Provided are a method and an apparatus for obtaining a downlink synchronization in a wireless communication system. A proposed wireless communication system has an environment in which a resource position of a downlink synchronization signal is changed as multi-numerology is applied thereto. Specifically, a terminal transmits a preamble for requesting a synchronization signal transmission resource to a base station. The terminal receives a response signal to the preamble from the base station. Here, the terminal does not have linkage to the base station, and is downlink synchronized with the base station. The response signal includes position information of a synchronization signal transmission resource of a neighboring base station.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and a device for allowing a transmitting device to transmit/receive data to/from a receiving device in a wireless communication system. According to the present invention, provided are a method and a device, the method: re-configuring specific data in a second layer of the first transmitting device on the basis of a resource allocation amount delivered from a first layer of the first transmitting device; generating at least one replicate data according to the number of a plurality of wireless bearers by using the re-configured specific data in the second layer; and transmitting, to the receiving device, the re-constructed specific data and the at least one replicate data from a plurality of cells related to the plurality of wireless bearers, wherein the plurality of wireless bearers are instructed by bearer identifiers to transmit the replicate data.
