Abstract:
An image scanning device includes a bottom wall, a surrounding wall extending upwardly from the bottom wall, a frame connected to the surrounding wall and having a first side plate, and a transparent panel fixed to the frame and having a lateral side supported by an upper part of the first side plate. A contact image sensor module is disposed on the bottom wall transverse to the first side plate, and includes a housing having a first short side wall spaced apart from the first side plate by a first distance less than or equal to 2 mm, and a plurality of sensors, one of which that is closest to the first short side wall is spaced apart from an outer surface of the first short side wall by a second distance less than or equal to 2.5 mm.
Abstract:
A method for sorting a light source is to be implemented by a computer and includes configuring the computer to determine whether or not a to-be-sorted light source is different from a reference light source by comparing features of a curve associated with measured spectral data of the to-be-sorted light source, with features of a reference curve associated with reference spectral data of a reference light source.
Abstract:
A method for assembling a heat generating element and a heat dissipating element includes: preparing a pressure sensitive element including a pressure sensitive layer and first and second release films connected to the pressure sensitive layer; separating the second release film from the pressure sensitive layer and then adhering a heat dissipating element to the pressure sensitive layer; forcing the first release film; separating the first release film from the pressure sensitive layer, and then adhering a heat generating element to the pressure sensitive layer; and fixedly attaching the heat generating element onto the pressure sensitive layer. A pressure sensitive element and a power supplying unit are also disclosed.
Abstract:
A scanning method for a keyboard includes steps (A), (B), (C) and (D). In step (A), a controller is configured to disable each column line from a respective first resistor and to disable each row line from a respective second resistor, and to send a scan signal to a column line. In step (B), the controller is configured to enable one of the row lines with the respective second resistor, and to read a signal on the row line. In step (C), the controller is configured to repeat step (B) with another one of the row lines until all row lines have been read. In step (D), the controller is configured to repeat steps (A), (B), and (C) with another one of the column lines until all column lines have been scanned.
Abstract:
A mirror assembly includes a first mirror and a second mirror. The first mirror passes a first color light therethrough, reflects a second color light and has an average transmittance (T1) of light with a wavelength of 380 nm to 420 nm. The second mirror reflects the first and second color lights from the first mirror, passes a third color light therethrough to mix with the first and second color lights, and has an average transmittance (T2) of light with a wavelength of 380 nm to 420 nm. The first to third color lights are combined at one side of the second mirror, while light having a wavelength of 380 nm to 420 nm travels on the other side of the second mirror.
Abstract:
An image capturing device includes a base defining a receiving space and having two spaced-apart through holes, first and second lens units disposed within the receiving space, a circuit board connected to a bottom end of the base, and two sensor elements disposed on a top face of the circuit board below the first and second lens units. The first lens unit defines a first light communicating path corresponding in position with one of the through holes. The second lens unit defines a second light communicating path corresponding in position with the other through hole. The first and second lens units and the sensor elements are inclined inwardly, so that the first and second light communicating paths intersect each other in an extended direction and in the area external to the base.
