    Abstract: A display panel and a mobile terminal are provided. The display panel includes a base and a thin film transistor (TFT) layer that is disposed on the base and includes at least two TFTs arranged in parallel. According to the present disclosure, the TFT layer includes at least two TFTs arranged in parallel, thereby resolving the problem that a short circuit between a gate and a source and/or a short circuit between the gate and a drain in the TFT cannot be repaired.

Through disposing the insulating layers among the quantum dot layers adjacent to the one side of the electron injection layer, an electron transmission rate is reduced, thereby balancing the electron transmission rate and a hole transmission rate and improving luminous efficiency of QLEDs.

A light sensing transistor and a switching transistor in the light sensor are configured to form a light sensor circuit. In a structural design, amorphous silicon is configured as a first active pattern of the light sensing transistor, so that a thickness of a channel region of the first active pattern is greater than or equal to 5000 angstroms.
