Abstract:
A casing for a cosmetic article has a base having an inner surface which accommodates a mirror. A lid is rotatably and directly mounted to the base, the lid being rotatable, relative to the base, between a closed position and an opened position. An intermediate tray is located between the base and the lid for accommodating the cosmetic article and covering the whole base, the intermediate tray being slidably mounted to the base so as to be movable relative to the base between a retracted position, in which the intermediate tray substantially covers the inner surface of the base, and an extended position, in which the intermediate tray exposes the inner surface of the base. The intermediate tray being further rotatably or slidably mounted to the lid so as to be movable relative to the lid. Rotation of the lid from the closed position to the open position causes the tray to slide from the retracted position to the extended position.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a tube manufacturing method comprising steps of: enclosing a parison (14) in a mould (6) to form a blank (15) having a first end portion shaped to form a first tube head, a tubular central portion, and a second end portion shaped to form a second tube head, and cutting the tubular central portion (22) into a first skirt and a second skirt to obtain two separate tubes, namely a first tube including the first tube head and the first skirt, and a second tube including the second tube head and the second skirt.
Abstract:
The invention relates to an applicator assembly comprising a receptacle for a cosmetic product and an applicator sub-assembly, the applicator sub-assembly comprising an applicator and a rod, the applicator comprising a core having a first end capable of being attached to said rod, and a second, free end, said receptacle comprising a wiper for wiping some of the product on the rod and/or the applicator, the core being designed to brush past the wiper in a plurality of distinct regions.
Abstract:
A tube head assembly includes a tube head that includes a lid, a cap that includes a punch and a spacing ring. The ring is dimensioned in such a way as to keep the punch spaced from the lid when the cap is screwed onto the neck. Further, the ring and the cap include lugs and recesses co-operating in such a way as to limit their rotation relative to one another in the direction of screwing of the cap onto the neck.
Abstract:
An applicator is provided for a cosmetic product, in particular mascara. The applicator includes a brush which includes a core and fibers projecting from the core. At least one of the fibers includes an elongate portion made of a first material and a lobe arranged at an end of the elongate portion. The lobe in turn is made of a second material coating an end of the elongate portion.
Abstract:
A tube head is provided which is designed to be associated with a skirt so as to form an internal volume of the tube. The tube head includes a body formed from plastics material, that includes a neck having an opening at a first end, through which opening a product is removed from the internal volume of the tube, and a shoulder which is joined to a second end of the neck opposite the first end. The tube head also includes an insert arranged so as to be in contact with said shoulder and forming a barrier between the body and the product contained in the internal volume. The insert includes a central portion and a peripheral region. The central portion forms a non-perforated disc sealing the neck, and the peripheral region being mounted so as to as to be in contact with a complementary planar surface of the body.
Abstract:
The present application relates to a cold effect applicator tip for cosmetic products, characterized in that the applicator tip is made of a plastic material comprising organic fillers, metallic fillers or a mixture of both. The present application also relates to a container for cosmetic products with a cold effect applicator tip is also provided, comprising a reservoir to contain a cosmetic product and an applicator tip such as above described.
Abstract:
A plug configured to close a receptacle comprising a neck, the plug comprising: —an upper wall and a peripheral wall extending transverse to said upper wall; —at least one projecting element configured to engage with a groove located on the neck so that the plug transitions from a first position to a second position; —at least one opening located on the peripheral wall of the plug, the one or more openings being in line with the projecting elements of the plug.
