Abstract: Provided is a connection structure body capable of detecting a break with ease and high accuracy and achieving high connection reliability and safety. A connection structure body 2 includes a first FFC (41), a stator side primary molding body (50), and a rotator side primary molding body (60) which are attached to both end portions (41A) and (41B) of the first FFC respectively and are able to make an electrical connection between the first FFC and the outside. The rotator side primary molding body 60 includes busbars (61-1a), (61-1b), (61-1c), and (61-1d) arranged in parallel to each other corresponding to busbars (51-1a to 51-1d), a conductive portion (61-2) that electrically connects a pair of busbars (61-1a) and (61-1d) positioned on both ends respectively in the alignment direction of the busbars (61-1a to 61-1d), and a busbar case (62) for holding the busbars (61-1a to 61-1d) in such a manner that the busbars (61-1a to 61-1d) are partly exposed. The busbars (61-1a) and (61-1d) and the conductive portion (61-2) constitute an abnormality detection circuit by forming a part of a closed circuit.

Abstract: [Object] To accurately detect states of a variety of types of secondary batteries even in a low-current range.[Solution] A secondary battery state detecting device includes: a current detecting unit (a current sensor (12)) that detects a value of a current flowing in a secondary battery (14); a calculating unit (an equivalent circuit component calculation module (114)) that calculates an equivalent circuit component that constitutes an equivalent circuit of the secondary battery; an estimating unit (a voltage drop value calculation module (116)) that estimates a value of a voltage drop caused by a value of a dark current on the basis of the value of the dark current and the equivalent circuit component, the value of the dark current corresponding to a value of a current detected by the current detecting unit and the dark current flowing in the secondary battery after the vehicle has stopped, and the equivalent circuit component corresponding to the equivalent circuit component calculated by the calculating unit and having an element value varying nonlinearly in accordance with the value of the dark current; and a state detecting unit (an open circuit voltage calculation module (118)) that detects a state of the secondary battery on the basis of the value of the voltage drop estimated by the estimating unit.

Abstract: Provided are a secondary battery degradation determination method and a secondary battery degradation determination device which can detect degradation of a secondary battery in advance even before an engine starts. When it is determined in Step S1 that a vehicle is in a stop state, a stable-state open-circuit voltage OCV is measured in Step S2 and internal resistance R1 is calculated in Steps S3 and S4. On the other hand, when it is determined in Step S1 that a starter 21 is operated, a maximum discharge current value Inew is measured in Step S5 and a maximum discharge current value Is is updated in Steps S6 and S7. In Step S14, a minimum voltage Vs is calculated. In Step S15, the stable-state open-circuit voltage OCV and the minimum voltage Vs are compared with predetermined threshold values to perform the degradation determination of a secondary battery 10.

Abstract: A tapered waveguide is optically connected to an end surface of an optical fiber bundle part, and has a tapered part that changes in outside diameter in a tapered shape. The fiber bundle part is optically connected to the end surface of the large-diameter side of the waveguide. The entire waveguide has a substantially uniform index of refraction. A delivery fiber is optically connected to the end surface on the small-diameter side of the waveguide. As with the fiber bundle part the delivery fiber passes through a hole in a capillary and is affixed. The capillaries are each affixed to a retaining member such that the fiber bundle part, the waveguide, and the delivery fiber are disposed on the same axis and optically connected. The waveguide is retained in a state floating from the retaining member, and the outside surface of the waveguide is not in contact with the retaining member.
