    Abstract: A robotic arm includes a first driving source and a second driving source mounted on a base frame, a first transmission link driven by the first driving source to turn around a first axis, a second transmission link driven by the second driving source to turn around a second axis that is parallel to the first axis, a third transmission link pivoted to the first transmission link, a first driven link pivoted to the second transmission link, a second driven link pivotally coupled between the first driven link and the base frame, a third driven link pivotally connected with the first and second driven link, and a fourth driven link pivotally coupled between the third driven link and the third transmission link. Thus, the robotic arm of the invention has a compact size and can achieve multi-degree of freedom motion.

    Abstract: A triaxial motion device includes first, second and third bases, first and second power sources, and a workpiece positioning member. The first power source is disposed on the first base and has a first driving shaft. The second base is connected with the first driving shaft through a cannular rotary shaft in a way that the second base is rotatable about a first axis. The second power source is disposed on the first base and has a second driving shaft penetrating through the cannular rotary shaft. The third base is connected with the second driving shaft in a way that the third base is rotatable about a second axis perpendicular to the first axis. The workpiece positioning member is disposed on the third base and rotatable about a third axis perpendicular to the second axis. Therefore, the triaxial motion device has small volume and performs highly precise motion.

    Abstract: A harmonic reducer with an oil guiding ring, wherein an oil guiding ring is disposed in an accommodating space of a flexible external gear, and the oil guiding ring is sleeved on a coupling member and located between a first housing and a flexible bearing. Therefore, after lubricant oil is injected through the oil filling hole of the first housing, the lubricant oil enters an annular oil storage groove through the oil inlet holes of the oil guiding ring. When the wave generator rotates, the lubricant oil in the annular oil storage groove is guided to the flexible bearing of the wave generator by the annular wall surface to lubricate the flexible bearing. Therefore, on the basis of effective lubrication, the harmonic reducer can avoid the foreign body impurity caused by insufficient lubrication, and at the same time, does not have to change the original design.

    Abstract: A ball screw with a dustproof member includes: a screw, a nut and the dustproof member. The dustproof member is inserted along the axis into the annular receiving groove and sleeved onto the screw, and includes an annular first dustproof portion and an arc-shaped second dustproof portion. The annular first dustproof portion includes a dustproof hole for insertion of the screw, the dustproof hole has a dustproof inner surface defining an clearance relative to the circumferential surface of the screw, the arc-shaped second dustproof portion protrudes from the dustproof inner surface, and includes an arc-shaped dustproof section contacting the outer helical groove. Such arrangements provide a dustproof effect and prevent overstress on the screw, consequently decreasing friction resistance, thus making the assembly easier and reducing the required starting torque.

    Abstract: An adjustable lubrication module of a linear guideway includes an end lid disposed at a slider and an oil scraper disposed at the end lid. The end lid has therein two opposing backflow-chambers. A feed-hole disposed between the backflow-chambers and an oil-guiding conduit disposed below the feed-hole are disposed on the end lid. Communication between the feed-hole and the oil-guiding conduit is achieved by a primary oiling-channel. Communications between the oil-guiding conduit and the backflow-chambers are achieved by a secondary oiling-channel. Therefore, oiling-channel adjustment performed on the adjustable lubrication module operating in conjunction with the linear guideway does not entail demounting the end lid from the slider, thereby preventing ball missing. The feed-hole and the oil-guiding conduit are not disposed at the junction of the end lid and the slider; hence, lubrication oil is prevented from flowing over the gap between the end lid and the slider.

    Abstract: An offset preload ball screw with expandable loading area includes: a screw, a nut, and a plurality of balls between the screw and the nut. The inner helical groove of the nut includes at least a first section, a second section and a third section which are continuously connected one another. The preload constantly and smoothly changes in the second section, and the balls can be subjected to loads in positive or negative direction in the second section. Therefore, the running smoothness, precision and load capacity of the ball screw of the present invention is enhanced.

    Abstract: A gripping system which is monitored based on CEMF and a method for controlling the same includes: using a controller to instruct a drive unit to rotate a stepper motor; using the controller to compare the control instruction with a control parameter matrix stored in an access unit; obtaining a CEMF threshold by checking the position of the actual CEMF in the control parameter matrix; using the controller to continuously monitor the actual CEMF; and using the controller to compare the actual counter electromotive force with the obtained corresponding counter electromotive force threshold, stopping the stepper motor and letting the gripper maintain the gripping status when the actual counter electromotive force is smaller than or equal to the counter electromotive force threshold, and maintaining driving of the stepper motor when the actual counter electromotive force is larger than the counter electromotive force threshold.
