    Abstract: A split detection device includes: a detection unit, which includes a detection casing and a sensor that is mounted inside the detection casing; a processing unit, which includes a processing casing and a processor that is mounted inside the processing casing; a connection unit, which is electrically connected between the sensor of the detection unit and the processor of the processing unit; and a transmission unit, which is electrically connected between the processor of the processing unit and an external device. By setting up the sensor and the processor inside different casings to be separate from each other, influence of the processor on the sensor can be reduced to thereby improve accuracy of detection.

    Abstract: A ball screw structure with detection function includes a screw shaft having an external screw groove; a nut mounted to the screw shaft to be movable in an axial direction of the screw shaft and having an internal screw groove, which corresponds to the external screw groove of the screw shaft to define a loading channel between the internal screw groove of the nut and the external screw groove of the screw shaft; a ball assembly movable, through rolling, in the loading channel; and a recirculation member directly mounted to the nut and provided thereon with a microcontroller and a sensor to detect a rotation state of the screw shaft inside the nut and further formed with a recirculation passage in communication with the nut to allow the ball assembly to move and recirculate therethrough.

    Abstract: A method for performing vibration detection on a feed system of a machine tool is implemented by a detecting device, and includes: calculating a target frequency range associated with a rotation speed of the machine tool; detecting vibration of the feed system in a static state; calculating a smoothed signal according to detected result, the smoothed signal including a plurality of noise amplitude values distributed across the target frequency range; identifying a measurement frequency that corresponds with a smallest one of the noise amplitude values; calculating a suggested rotation speed based on the measurement frequency; and detecting vibration of the feed system rotating at the suggested rotation speed.
